A.Open later over Christmas very helpful. Staff helped with loading heavy items onto trolley and into my car. Very friendly staff. Good range of stock. I was in garden centre. Good quality plants.

R.This is a great centre with many different stores, warehouses etc. The centre generally cover's all one's requirements, personally I use Mega mitre 10, the Columbus coffee cafe there within which is a great place to stop for morning coffees and or lunches. Also Wet and Forget, which is a shop I have always highly recommended for their fantastic variety of products that do very much what they say they do.
t.i like countdown but i hate everyones giant ute AHHHHRRRGGGGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!! worst carpark in the world everyone is the size of a tank for no reason it'll be like one person in there. this is why the earth is warming and why the carpark is chaotic. i propose we all start riding horses to the valley instead and the horses can hang out in the carpark and have a gay old time while we go shopping . um okay so the valley has: countdown, mitre ten mega, hunting and fishing or something gay like that, lighting direct, rebel sports, vriscoes, subway, look sharp store, number one shoes, postie plus, a carpet store or something random, also a gym maybe?
W.Great parking, reasonable selection of shops, not many cafe's or eateries
J.Everything you need is here. Decent Mitre 10, Briscoes, Rebel. A lot of choices makes for a happy consumer...
D.All the main stores you need in close proximity including Countdown. Easy to get to and parking not bad.
E.Great place to go and get most your shopping done as it has variety of options.
L.T is so nice to go here without all the traffic from new Plymouth.
People are all lovely as well

Had nasty attitude did not ask the rite question wen she refused to serve a customer. a license is expired but check out had to open her eyes cause the customer don't look like she is under 18 the the lady served someone who an no I'd asked for an didn't look at birth date on license to c age not very nice services from count down in the valley N.P

D.Mitre 10, Pharmacy, Countdown Supermarket, Briscoes, India Today and Rebel Sport are my most visited shops here. Great parking.
E.Plenty of shops and parking,public toilets with wheel chair access,no free wifi,and abit dodgey in spots.only 4 places to dine.
A.It's a bit mental parking and shopping here, but all the big brands tucked here away from town, so that's good

R.Good amount of shops, but only one set of toilets and they are over the otherside of the mega centre. Not good if you are by T7 and need the loo!

Always super busy on the weekends, but love and appreciate the friendly staff they aways have working. Thanks for the new toilet team.

S.Easy to visit multiple shops in one visit. Plenty of parking. Shops r individual, not cramped into hot icky single building. Everything from stationery to sports gear to restaurants & takeout to gifts & groceries. Most shops have helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff just one exception unfortunately.

D.Parking anywhere at the valley is really bad ATM since the level 4 lockdown was called off.

R.Carpark is a tight fit which can be quite frustrating when it gets busy and becomes quite congested eslecially when reversing out of carpark space overall experience has been awesome other than the car parking experience.

C.It's our local. The staff are extremely helpful. Plenty of variety and some good specials too.

P.Went out there with my sister to get the $3 pumpkin seeds for challenge buy little pumpkin plant and in March magic the heaviest ugliest and bestdressed one got to the counter gave my $3 price came up $4 50 something and then it took 15 minutes and three staff members tell me that it was for $4 50 I explained it's on the radio it's in the local magazine and it's on the internet go to Mitre 10 pick up $3 pumpkin seeds and do your best finally one of the staff members dead she will honour my $3 but hasn't heard it been offered for $3 lack of communication at the valley Mitre 10 bedtime
C.Has a range of shops. Driving around and trying to park there can get hectic at times. Has lots of parking.

I.Two shops two items, job done
A.The sky was blue. The shops were not.
D.Good to do your shopping in one area, park the car and walk around the shops then over to Mitre 10 and before you leave there is countdown supermarket.
B.Great little shopping spot with plans soon to enlarge it by crossing the motorway and placing a Kmart bout bloody time. Kmart ya
m.Good place. Only problem is how busy the road in can get.
R.The store is everybody's place to meander, look, change your mind, put it back, have something to eat, refreshed now pall mall it around the plants, seedlings, flowers, nursery, next your at the check out to purchase all your goodies and go home maybe relaxed a little for the rest of the day.

J.Visited this Mega Centre for the first time recently. Its ok pretty generic shops there with not a lot of variety..guess I'm used to Waikato and Auckland Mega Centres which have much more variety but its ok and will frequently shop there.
