What a find! Outlet shops with real bargains galore. Easy parking right outfront of rows of popular retail outlets. Will definitely be back!

Good place to shop locally with plenty of space to freely walk around and browse

Went to Burger Fuel. Probably the best meal I've had from a Burger Fuel. Nice store and nice staff. The duty manager went above and beyond the call of duty

Great late lunch at Blackberry Cafe...the Thai Chicken Warm Salad was delicious

Beautiful modern shopping experience with vast array of clothing, sports, health, bar, TAB, real estate, Pizza, Repco, and most anything you can think of. Go enjoy.

Poor parking layout, but it's always fun watching someone in an SUV or ute doing the 5 point turn maneuver just to get in or out of their car park. Shame because there is a great selection of stores.

Quite a few shoppers out and about, but little stocks available at this time, certainly in medium to larger sizes (post Christmas - new year). Very little interest or helpfulness from some shop staff, as if they've given up already...

Just feels like some extra shops in the area as it is a little detached from the main shopping plaza, they should maybe consider pedestrianising more of the area and building in some more retail blocks to join it all up like one sheltered mall area. Just a thought 😊

Despite being pretty much a ghost town for the last few years, it seems some life has finally been breathed into Fashion Island. There's now a fairly good selection, including hosting Tauranga's first and only Converse store. Curious to see if the hype lasts, but as of now it's a good shopping experience for those living close by.

Always a pleasant place to browse and shop. Never too crowded and parking is never a problem. Also handy to Palm Beach Plaza and not far from home in Te Puke.

A group of ladies including myself had High Tea at Blackberry Eatery Fashion Island @ Papamoa this week, the food was delicious very moorish! My chai latte was excellent. The service was faultless we will go back. Highly recommended.

I must say fashion island is most proberbly the most under estimated centre in papamoa. There is some thing for everyone. Just a slow stroll down one side and up the other will certainly make you return again and again.

BlackBerry cafe Bin Inn who have everything for the kitchen one could want while just around the corner is the very new Hot Roast takeaway where we got tasty pork crackling to chew on. My favourite shops here are Postie, the great $2 shop and the Indian grocery. Most of the other shops I find boring or overpriced. There is a scoop shop too - bring your own jars - which is good for all your essentials, and Mumbai Masala which does good lunch deals.

Some good shops that are hard to find elsewhere, but the parking and footpaths are more difficult to navigate - particularly with a stroller or a wheelchair it is more difficult. Especially good for clothing stores with an outlet feel. The cafe is quite nice too.
