I mostly go to the plaza for Robert Harris Coffee. The plaza is a lovely clean place to shop. The public toilets are always kept clean and smell nice.

A well kept mall. Nice and clean with all you typically need- some great food options too👍

Just Cutz ,Rhonda and Chris. Great service. They know what they are doing. No appointments necessary. Reasonably price and discount for Goldcard

Great place though it was a short visit. Not too crowded and lovely and cool on a very hot day

With Bayfair Mall on the left and the proposed new mall on the right, the Papamoa mall better sharpen it's act to keep/attract customers.

Good food hall to cover the family, plus some nice shops.

The milkshakes are good. It has some nice shops including the Warehouse and some nice food places. Always enough parking so it is a good place to go most days even Saturday.

Clean well laid out mall, good selection of stores, ample parking.

Enjoyed a Butter Chicken Meal at the Foodcourt. Nice and airy.

A great range of shops and always so clean and tidy. Great layout with something for everyone. We love that Papamoa plaza also have a parents room which we have made good use of over the years. I get the sense that papamoa plaza is very family oriented. They offer free santa photos over the Christmas period and activities for children during the school holidays. The only thing that is a little uncomfortable are often the drivers in the car park wont stop at the crossings - no fault of the Plaza. Just a friendly side note to be extra careful and alert at the crossings. Thank you Papamoa Plaza for ensuring the community is well catered for. (The customer service desk staff and caretakers are also really lovely and I really appreciate them)

Once you figure out directions great experience. Variety and convenience and bargains are choice.A most pleasant mall to shop at.

Lots of different shops for all your shopping needs. Warehouse, Paperplus, Pizza Hut, McDonald's etc. If your hungry and want some food there are so many food places. If you need something for your home Warehouse will have it.

Close to home and all the shops in 1 place. Clean and joy place to shop.

A nice little plaza cover. There are plenty of shops across the parking lot as well but if the weather is nasty this is a great place to have a meal and stay warm.

great little plaza, everyone is so friendly here, our son who is living with Autism loves this mall, not to busy for him great little play area for children I aide by the food court. Which is a great little food court, great sushi, burgers, Mexican food, pizza and many more things, there is also shake shed and co here which sells yummy Ice cream, hotdogs chips and bubble tea. Highly recommended this little mall.

Quick meal well priced 6 varieties of culture based food. Spotlessly clean. Children's play area. Pleasant service. Mexican ,Burritos Brothers have a licence and serve "Corona"

Great plaza love the renovations it's so big now and with all the shops there it really is a one stop shop, no need to go anywhere else.

A nice clean Plaza though not the biggest. Would not make a special trip to visit but if your heading this way it’s worth a stop by. Has a couple of nice coffee shops, a very small food court, a supermarket and the random standard shops such as pharmacy, phone shops, and women’s clothes such as Merric

Not too big a mall with a comfortable food court with a nice amount of eating establishment and two great cafe's with a smattering of other lovely stores around the outside, quaint countdown and descent sized warehouse

To the Plaza Management Team your car parking need to be addressed to many trolleys left about not in carpark trolly bay Countdown and The Warehouse Management need to have this regularly We have just Retired to Papamoa

Looks nice and all, but most places were closed on a Saturday Night. Maybe I am used to a different rhythm, but I only have time later at night to go places

Papamoa plaza is always clean and tidy, it as looking a bit rough for a couple of year but the renovations are great and the shops are all filled now

This mall is suffering from a lack of shops a few big chain stores but that's about it . The food court is alright thou a nice burger place and a Cafe

It's okay, but not such a great place; Has very little to offer, not enough shops - nothing interesting/unique to do. Place has got no cheerful outlook, not enjoyable - needs a lot of improvement with more shops. Prefer Bayfair to this.

This place is always friendly, has great service, and is customer focused. Manager Davis Hill is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction.

No way did I hate this place. However I would appreciate for the provision of my choice of fish and chips- the oil it is cooked in instead of animal fat.

Such a good little food court, has a great variety for such a small place. Also has a great range of shops and they wrap presents for free all year round. Great little space an area for kids to play around while you eat they have little playgroups weekly especially for our little ones. Love the place

Busy place. Went to Bobbys fish place and had fish and chips for lunch. Asked for 2 fish and got 4 so that was great but the fish could have been drained more.

Great little shopping centre for people that are in the area, some good options if you are stopping for something to eat, there are plenty of events for kids during holiday times.

Love the place information center is so hospitality friend service and help the community.

Wandered through the mall lovrly clean and well layed out. Service in all shops was amazing.

Nearest shopping centre to Te Puke. Good food court and has a Warehouse. That's all us parents with young kids need...oh and a good countdown (bigger than Te Pukes CD)

Go there many times a week always get nice helpful staff in all the shops but now you dont always get a bag with shopping you have to be careful for example if you go from the warehouse to the bookshop don't be surprised if one shop asks for the receipt for whatever you are carrying as they both sell wrapping paper etc

Lots has changed, I'm from papamoa I still remember how it used to look. Well done car parks have to be the issue now though although there is still plenty.

Done new renovations but I think it could have been done better, shops are good though, carparking is to close to the next vehicle, would be nice if they added an esculator and built upwards to make it a better centre

Loved the large food court with plenty of room to lounge and a bonus was the outside seating near the children play area. Variety of shops keeps the other half enthused so worth the coffee stop

Went to the fish n chip shop there. Omg was fantastic. Best feed ever. Fresh tarakihi. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place if you want top quality food. Shop is really clean no fishy smells. You gotta go there. It's next to pizza hut.

Good selection of outlet shops here to choose from for the whole family and not too busy. Public toilets and good parking available too. Picked up some great bargains and a friendly retail assistant in one store gave us some really good information about a free local community family event on that night, which we ended up attending! Bonus!

The new space is really great. It's bright, clean, and well facilitated. There is a fairly good selection of retailers and food providers. Along with Fashion Island you could easily spend a few hours here looking through the shops and having lunch.

Convenient and under cover. Pity the parking is restricted. Impacts on shopping time followed by a meal etc with friends etc.

The staff are absolutely fantastic for their prompt and always friendly service including filling water bowls for my 2 dogs after our walk thru' the reserve to have the best flat white coffee in NZ.

Went to warehouse not too many people and great service from warehouse stationary buying a phone and the counter with the rest if our stuff.

My wife and I had a lovely afternoon stop at Double Teaspoons Café just off the Plazas' foodcourt. Nice variety of stores on site and easy parking.

Fantastic Food Court and hangout place, fashion island just a 1min walk away aswell.

Good place but carparks are too tight and the places now close down to early.

Love the new open look easier to move the people I support in wheelchairs around so we will come more thanks

Lots of free parking kept very clean... sadly few shop spaces are empty

Ease of Parking..There cafes serving a range of dishes plus.eateries in a covered area inside the centre. Excellent range of shops here and at the adjacent fashion island..Clean bathroom facilities. Comfortable seating in foyer. Eftpos machines available.

Friendly, good shops with a relaxed atmosphere

Nice lay out. Child friendly and many great stores. Information counter is a bonus. Stroller friendly and they do a great Santa photo also

Great food court. Never as crowded or as busy as Bayfair (thank goodness). Tidy and easy to find a carpark.

A grand place and it only improves with renovations or expansions going on

Went to oceanside health & sports for relaxation Massage so good and very friendly staff well done folk keep up the good work.
