Reviews of Marlborough Creative Artisans
M. F.I sought out this shop because it had turned up on the list of shops hand knitters might find interesting. I was focused upon the yarn products available there, and didn't really look at the other products - except for the felted products. The shop focuses on creative products made in Marlborough and I applaud them for the regional focus upon creative pursuits.
The yarn selection was small, mostly from one indie dyer - Fibre Reigns. I quite enjoyed squishing the yarn, although the colours were not really too my taste, as they were too bright and strong colour contrasts. I prefer my yarn a bit more subtle. The photos give a reasonable impression of the yarn products and the knitwear available.
L. P.Beautiful shop, it’s very nice to see and buy the hand made products from the local people of Marlborough. Paintings, drawings, knitting, Jewellery and more. The shop is located in the busy high street area. Unfortunately they have no ramp for wheelchair people.
