I would give these guys 5 stars but the toilets were atrocious and no where near up to par with COVID standards. No automated soap dispensers or taps and very filthy. The mall itself was really cool but the toilets made me feel very uncomfortable.

Haven't been to Rotorua Central for years, omg it's way better. Heaps of parking and omg the 2 dollar shop was amazing and had great prices. Plenty of food shops and all sorts of other stores. Public loos also available, take Yr time to stroll around and have a good look. The shop owners are all really pleasant. I recommend you go for a drive and have a look

Not a bad place to shop, very small though more of a plaza than a mall. They seem to have far too many security guards on duty, 6 is excessive - you wonder if you’ve entered some kind of danger zone.

Rotorua central has it all. Under 1 roof. I can get satisfaction. I do alot of my essential shopping here. Coconut water.✔ check. Skim boards, ✔ check. Blue-tooth 💙 speaker 🔊 ✔ check. Perfumes check ✔ Corn on the cob season.✔ Giant inhouse TV to watch cricket and tennis while i may have a delicious bite to eat.✔ yeeee boiiiiii. Its got everything. I need a toilet 🚻 clean and sanitary double dang check ✔ yooo ❤

There's always a security guard on duty walking throughout the mall & the place is always busy. Car parking could be better here. Even though there are a lot available, the layout is terrible. This mall would benefit from an upgrade.

I highly recommend Rotorua Central Mall first hand very friendly and helpful people the security are there to help you and the complex of shops and stalls are so many and so good. Buses run straight to complex from all areas of Rotorua there is a post shop inside the Mall called Postie Plus a Warehouse and quite a few mixture of food stalls. Ideal for shopping or on your lunch break or good for tourism. I absolutely love the atmosphere here and find this place a happy place

As far as malls go, this one just makes the grade. Why? I have been to others and the food range is larger but the quality of food on offer is very reasonable. More shops would be better but that'd be typical of a local. Perhaps I'm bias because I get to see the mall often. You be the judge.

For a mall its size it is often quite busy especially around lunch time. It has a decent selection of shops and food outlets throughout but doesnt have a big variety to choose from. It is mostly clean but the toilets do involve a bit of extra walking. The car parks usually have space for parking in but don't expect to get one of the ones near the mall itself.

The mall itself is great but has to comment on the subway. Have always tried to avoid subway due to the previous experience of rude attitude and behaviour from the staff. Just went back in there today thinking things would have changed but experienced the rudeness again. On top of it the person in the counter used his gloved hands to operate the cash machine and without changing the gloves used the same hands to make my food before handing it to me. Would never ever recommend the subway in central mall.

It's the only sane place to visit in pouring rain, bright and modern, but not well laid out. The access to the restrooms is very narrow and on a busy day there are lines of people heading that way. For a near new place, there's unrepaired damage showing. Good food choices on offer. All the usual mall style shops, but not an inspiring place.

Exception clean and modern Mall in the centre of Rotorua with a number of shops including several eating places similar in style to an American Mall. There is a board at the main entrance displaying a map of all the stores. The shops are a mix of stationary, warehouse, mobile phone, cosmetics, bakery, shoes plus much more. In the eating area you choose which food you'd like then find a table to sit at and enjoy your food.

That's a really nice shopping center. You can find nearly everything you need. A Tank, a really nice The Warehouse and more. In the same Street you can find McDonalds and Pack N Save, Around the corner Burger King and Countdown. I really liked it there.

Rotorua Center Mall is a big shopping mall complex, with many food courts and retail stores. They are operating 7 days of the week. What I mainly noticed stores are Pizza Hut, Smith City, a big The Warehouse stores, Subway, The Cheesecake Shop, Vodafone, Warehouse Stationery, Z Energy gas filling station, Health 2000, Harvey Norman, Life Pharmacy, Noel Leeming, Paper Plus, 2 Degrees, ANZ Bank, ASB Bank, Bottle-O, BNZ Branch & ATM, Burger King, Farmers and Countdown Supermarket Lot of parking is available and very convenient and easy shopping. Gas filling and supermarket and restaurants available one place means very easy. Enjoyed there for few hours.

Great local mall apart from Subway. My children love Subway but EVERY time we go there the staff are incredibly rude. Today the 1st person (getting the bread) was argumentative and then Janine was incredibly demeaning to myself and my children and ripped into me verbally despite my simple order that I keot repeating until Sadeep (who was the first person Ive encountered there in 5 visits over a year who listens and puts customers first) calmly repeated my single childrens-meal order exactly and provided what I asked for.

1st stop for me when shopping in rotos i was the 26/01/18 wasnt too pleased with the service at the subway in their my brother had to wait almost 30mins to be served, their wer 2 staff members n 2 customers 1 being my brother the staff member who wasnt serving was placing trays of bread into the oven their was plenty already done, after doing that she went into back started duin cookies a vistor had come to see her she stops working an starts having a nice little chat an my brother is still waiting in the end the employee who waz serving the other customer ends up serving my brother whatz up with that

Rotorua central mall is an odd spot, it started as the Warehouse, then other shops joined in around it, now it features a food court with your typical shops (Glassons, Hallenstines, health Shop, Mobile Phone Shops, Banks) around it. About as inspiring as a mall can ever be. Free car parking!

It's nowhere near the calibre of the likes if Bayfair, but it has what you need: a foodcourt, a supermarket, the warehouse, banks, and other major chainstores like; farmers, noel leeming, glassons, bed bath and beyond. Whilst it's not all undercover (boohoo); there is ample parking with good proximity to the CBD.
