I would give these guys 5 stars but the toilets were atrocious and no where near up to par with COVID standards. No automated soap dispensers or taps and very filthy. The mall itself was really cool but the toilets made me feel very uncomfortable.

Haven't been to Rotorua Central for years, omg it's way better. Heaps of parking and omg the 2 dollar shop was amazing and had great prices. Plenty of food shops and all sorts of other stores. Public loos also available, take Yr time to stroll around and have a good look. The shop owners are all really pleasant. I recommend you go for a drive and have a look

Not a bad place to shop, very small though more of a plaza than a mall. They seem to have far too many security guards on duty, 6 is excessive - you wonder if you’ve entered some kind of danger zone.

Warehouse visit more stock available than our local one, security chap this day was very polite and helpful thank you. I have rated this a 3 ,(in my opinion) the public toilets are needing some attention.

Went to Paper Plus the staff are lovely always helpful. They deserve a break. Also went to chemist an Pagani. Very nice staff and great service in both places. Ruth Ferreira

Very noisy and busy. Yum food at the ljs fish n chips. But always expensive, far cheaper to buy cold drinks in the warehouse. Also good dollar deals in the warehouse.

Lovely city with plenty of things to see and enjoy. The streets are so beautiful during autumn with colourful trees all along😍👌 wish to visit again.

Used to love the food at the food court but new people have gone into one of the shops can't quite get it the same here's to them given time

Ma Higgins , Best Pies , and Savouries around . Jo , and the girls make you more than welcome . Fair prices , great service .... Recommended .. you will not be disappointed ... P S the coffee is not bad either

Got my mask on!! Got my passport ready. Grab a coffee grab a feed, This is the modern world. When i come into town, I try to make it an all encompassing experience, a modern love for the living. Rotorua central has it all. Under 1 roof. I can get satisfaction. I do alot of my essential shopping here. Coconut water.✔ check. Skim boards, ✔ check. Blue-tooth 💙 speaker 🔊 ✔ check. Perfumes check ✔ Corn on the cob season.✔ Giant inhouse TV to watch cricket and tennis while i may have a delicious bite to eat.✔ yeeee boiiiiii. Its got everything. I need a toilet 🚻 clean and sanitary double dang check ✔ yooo ❤

Busy clean but nobody on entrance. Lots didn't scan and noticed Not just $2 shop let customers walk in without scanning and some customers not wearing masks.

Lots of shops and a good variety of food at the food court. Enough to satisfy most big families.

A little dated but the place was clean and tidy

Small mall with a good food court. Truk, fresh juices is great. But what we want to talk about: RESTROOMS: restrooms ok, clean and very acceptable for a mall. They have special restrooms for disable and for nursing.

It was a bit weird walking thru here to get to the Warehouse... from the outside, it looked closed or about to close. Then you walk in and it's not even...

Good clean premises bad food from the Cafe burnt bacon mochachino and hot chocolate disgusting never go to that Cafe again

Only visit this mall for The Warehouse really. The toilets are always generally tidy, the food court has a few meal options avail too. There's always a security guard on duty walking throughout the mall & the place is always busy. Car parking could be better here. Even though there are a lot available, the layout is terrible. This mall would benefit from an upgrade.

Be better if you didn't need your vax pass to eat in

Pleasant surroundings, reasonable variety of stores for a smallish shopping centre. I'm sure you'll find what you want without any problems. Some nice places to have lunch too.

I highly recommend Rotorua Central Mall first hand very friendly and helpful people the security are there to help you and the complex of shops and stalls are so many and so good. Buses run straight to complex from all areas of Rotorua there is a post shop inside the Mall called Postie Plus a Warehouse and quite a few mixture of food stalls. Ideal for shopping or on your lunch break or good for tourism. I absolutely love the atmosphere here and find this place a happy place

We were meet by our hosts with a kind smile and lovely chat. Thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation, everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was the best, but the winner was the spa bath. Highly recommend this motel. Cheers and thanks for a beautiful stay. Na mihinui ki a korua.

I was a great day there really hot went to look for bike spokeys found some at the warehouse took a look over by the lake u can go over by the paddle boat that was lovely there still doing big construction at the front will look amazing. There seem to be a fair this week setting up.

Ok, but believe it or not, hard to find The Warehouse entry.

This is a one stop mall and I love its setting. The food court has a good variety but most of them are budget fast food. So you can't expect to have the finest lunch but its great here grab a quick meal. Overall, I love rotorua central

The main hall/eatery is very noisy not a pleasant place to be. Once in the individual shops its all good. Good visibility of security guards when wandering around.

Rotorua region has much to offer. Beauty sunrises, forests, lakes, active volcanic areas, rivers, n loads of suvineor shops, pounamu shops, guysers, mudpools, restaurants, cafes, gardens, views galore n a wild animal park, gondalas, the luge, history n unique places.. A must stop for visitors to our beautiful country. Something for everyone...

Great place, huge selection of shops all close together. Plenty of food choices. Quite empty without the overseas tourists but a great place to visit.

This is my go to place when I make time for myself. After buying odds and ends I reward myself with something from the food hall. I'm sure everyone has there favourite meal but I'm still exploring all the culinary delights.

Good bathroom facilities, always clean can be difficult to find a table in food court when busy

The mall was very nice, it was cool inside when hot outside. I loved how there was sooo many shops inside and place to sit and place to eat. And it was very clean... enjoyed myself while I was in rotorua...

As far as malls go, this one just makes the grade. Why? I have been to others and the food range is larger but the quality of food on offer is very reasonable. More shops would be better but that'd be typical of a local. Perhaps I'm bias because I get to see the mall often. You be the judge.

It’s an awesome place, I love it. Although the indoor mall part is maybe in need of a couple renovations.

For a mall its size it is often quite busy especially around lunch time. It has a decent selection of shops and food outlets throughout but doesnt have a big variety to choose from. It is mostly clean but the toilets do involve a bit of extra walking. The car parks usually have space for parking in but don't expect to get one of the ones near the mall itself.

It’s amazing place. I like the food court arrangement and all shops arrangement as well. All Mobil phone network companies are serially. No worries about browsing the whole shopping centre. There hips car parking available near central mall. The have big warehouse inside the mall.

The mall itself is great but has to comment on the subway. Have always tried to avoid subway due to the previous experience of rude attitude and behaviour from the staff. Just went back in there today thinking things would have changed but experienced the rudeness again. On top of it the person in the counter used his gloved hands to operate the cash machine and without changing the gloves used the same hands to make my food before handing it to me. Would never ever recommend the subway in central mall.

I had my electronic key fixed. Brilliant service and had breakfast at the seafood shop. No seafood for me though and got what i wanted and a perfect coffee. So dam happy

Great small central mall with majority of ur necessities small or large with beautiful jewlery windows to admirer whilst wandering threw weather just cutting threw or enjoying a quick shop everything I need at this 1 qwick stop.

Plenty of shopping to be done. Our Girls loved it.. coming from a small town they had never been in a bigger shopping space! Lots of carparking and plenty of space - so you aren't bumping In to people as you walk & shop.

It's a bit of an awkward place. Access and parking always has some drama. Light on atmosphere, limited choice in retailers and food hall choices are boilerplate. It's all we have but definitely not up to scratch compared to other malls.

It's the only sane place to visit in pouring rain, bright and modern, but not well laid out. The access to the restrooms is very narrow and on a busy day there are lines of people heading that way. For a near new place, there's unrepaired damage showing. Good food choices on offer. All the usual mall style shops, but not an inspiring place.

Exception clean and modern Mall in the centre of Rotorua with a number of shops including several eating places similar in style to an American Mall. There is a board at the main entrance displaying a map of all the stores. The shops are a mix of stationary, warehouse, mobile phone, cosmetics, bakery, shoes plus much more. In the eating area you choose which food you'd like then find a table to sit at and enjoy your food.

It's always handy if u just need time away frm home. Shopping there is at reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff and security as well.

Had lunch at the foodcourt. I liked the choices and loved what I picked. Foodcourt was clean.

Only giving it 4 stars cause we couldn't find a cafe that served decent coffee's. I know world problems. 😁 But when your long distant travelling, you should at least find one at a Mall food court? Pick ya game up! Otherwise the Mall was ok. The End.

Parking is not great for the elderly limited parks and mall Abit disjointed but good to see a mall there

What a great place to visit! Great Food Hall with lots of Delicious Meals to choose from. Amazing Shopping, and I still haven't seen it all. We must go again, but it's two hours from here.

You can have a nice breakfast, lunch, or early dinner, there are some good places to shop one of them being the warehouse, they have a bendons, 2 degrees, spark, vodafone also a great gift shop, pero hair dressers, ice cream parlor, bakers delight, life pharmacy, shoe shop and a couple of other places as well.

OK eating selection, semi-decent shopping available given Rotorua isn't a big city but somewhat off-putting is the obvious and substantial security guard presence, far more so than other malls I have been to. A fact of life in Rotorua but still very much in your face.

Loved it reminded me the way malls are back in India have heaps of option to choose your meals. Also had Vodafone and spark stores within.

Had a great shopping in Warehouse and time to sit down for a yummy salad, even able to fit in a hair cut, a great day.. plenty of shops to visit under the one umbrella so convenient

That's a really nice shopping center. You can find nearly everything you need. A Tank, a really nice The Warehouse and more. In the same Street you can find McDonalds and Pack N Save, Around the corner Burger King and Countdown. I really liked it there.

Like any mall- keeps you dry on a wet day-appears to be a gathering of franchises so same old same old. It's the one off probably owner operated places that add character to shopping and those are NOT within the mall .

Good parking, went to the warehouse & spark/phone shop. Problem is it's easy to get caught up in the food court. Yummy 👍👍👍

Rotorua Central Mall is Rotorua's busy shopping hub in mid city. A wide variety of eateries and essential shops provide almost all that is needed for the daily throng of local shoppers.

Looks very nice, spacious parking, atm, grocery, restaurans, home apliances, so has everything for usual need!

Didn't realise it was a mall until we walked in through one of the stores from the carpark.. Very confusing.. Signs need upgrading.. Public toilets available.. Food court in mall.. Very nice people.. Didn't stay long to check out the rest.. Will do next time..

It's my favourite place to hang. Great shopping and eating stations. Totally friendly staff in all areas ie: stores and the wonderful people who do the table clearing etc.

The warehouse is a bit of a disappointment. Considering it's in a city Mall. Not that great. But ok for essentials. I found it quite disorganized. & As a music & movie buff. I was extremely dissatisfied with the selection that was presented. Would expect more from Rotorua Warehouse. Not the best mall I've been to. Very dissatisfied

Good shopping loved our stay, excellent selection of food in evening from caravans venders also resanably priced and buskers to entertain only thing missing was cold beers ;) but then that often attracts idiots who can not hold there drink so l can forgive ;)

Clean and spacious. Helpful people all around. All bigger shops around the mall like a massive warehouse and Briscoes. Lots of parking and easy traffic.

Rotorua Center Mall is a big shopping mall complex, with many food courts and retail stores. They are operating 7 days of the week. What I mainly noticed stores are Pizza Hut, Smith City, a big The Warehouse stores, Subway, The Cheesecake Shop, Vodafone, Warehouse Stationery, Z Energy gas filling station, Health 2000, Harvey Norman, Life Pharmacy, Noel Leeming, Paper Plus, 2 Degrees, ANZ Bank, ASB Bank, Bottle-O, BNZ Branch & ATM, Burger King, Farmers and Countdown Supermarket Lot of parking is available and very convenient and easy shopping. Gas filling and supermarket and restaurants available one place means very easy. Enjoyed there for few hours.

Very noisy when full...children's playground.....security is a joke.....TV is broken....tables should be separated from walking traffic with wall...

Great local mall apart from Subway. My children love Subway but EVERY time we go there the staff are incredibly rude. Today the 1st person (getting the bread) was argumentative and then Janine was incredibly demeaning to myself and my children and ripped into me verbally despite my simple order that I keot repeating until Sadeep (who was the first person Ive encountered there in 5 visits over a year who listens and puts customers first) calmly repeated my single childrens-meal order exactly and provided what I asked for.

The food is good but could do with more choices. There some seating. Its safe. Friendly. Great facility.

I think this is biggest shopping center mall in rotorua.. Here all things are good.. Neat and clean..watch dog security is also very co-operative..and it's good thing is that it's open 9 am to 9 pm.

1st stop for me when shopping in rotos i was the 26/01/18 wasnt too pleased with the service at the subway in their my brother had to wait almost 30mins to be served, their wer 2 staff members n 2 customers 1 being my brother the staff member who wasnt serving was placing trays of bread into the oven their was plenty already done, after doing that she went into back started duin cookies a vistor had come to see her she stops working an starts having a nice little chat an my brother is still waiting in the end the employee who waz serving the other customer ends up serving my brother whatz up with that

Clean, tidy, plenty of setting areas, friendly, staff, shops, good food mall, big dinning area, updated,building, always tidy, clean&a bargain to be found, safe for kids, check it out, when your in the area, you should be pleasantly supprised.

Average mall. But the ASB. Bank is there. With no customer car parks near by. Not very..customer friendly. Plus the Warehouse is in the Mall Again. No near car parks. So if you have limited mobility. Why try to go near the place

Rotorua central mall is an odd spot, it started as the Warehouse, then other shops joined in around it, now it features a food court with your typical shops (Glassons, Hallenstines, health Shop, Mobile Phone Shops, Banks) around it. About as inspiring as a mall can ever be. Free car parking!

Food court was our draw card, has enough variety and good prices.

We just went into the warehouse around 5-6 and everything else was closed, so we had to go elsewhere for some food

Great because we found the Chargenet ChaDeMo machine and got fully charged in 40mins to get home to Tauranga.

It's a Mall. Some good shops, don't park longer then 3hrs or you get a growling.

A good mall they have a good food court and a few shops with a large warehouse store and a countdown supermarket they have other stores a round the out side area with a large car park area

This is another favourite place I visit, shops galore under one roof, pay bills, buy goodies, shop till you drop or have a Kai with friends.

Would've got five stars,but.alas Saturday's food court closed at 5pm only store being open Warehouse and Outside stores,Shame as could've been higher

Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly and a great price, highly recommend

It's nowhere near the calibre of the likes if Bayfair, but it has what you need: a foodcourt, a supermarket, the warehouse, banks, and other major chainstores like; farmers, noel leeming, glassons, bed bath and beyond. Whilst it's not all undercover (boohoo); there is ample parking with good proximity to the CBD.

Yum it's a mall nothing really you can judge on, its clean tidy no empty shops. One stop shopping which is awesome.

Its a mall, much smaller then most others but meets the needs of this ole small town

As far as Mall's fo it's pretty standard, there's a food court and selection of retail shops. Like most places parking can be a bit stressful when it's busy

Nice open space but the acoustics are quite harsh as it starts to fill up.

I would rate the Rotorua central mall a 5 Star so blessed to have all the stores that come with it, Rotorua looking fabulous, there is so much to see & do. There is so much to see & do with family, it's a friendly place to be

Standard sort of shopping centre, with most shops would be good if it was open a bit later, say to 7 or 8pm on week days.

Nothing special, just another mall..

It's a small mall with mallish type stuff and a mallish food court.

Great Cafe's for during the day, lots of trendy bars for the evening. Pretty much something for everyone.

FOR A TOURIST TOWN ROTORUA NEEDS A BIGGER AND MORE VARIETY OF OTHER ETHNIC CULINARY OUTLETS.ESPECIALLY A BIGGER FOOD HALL WOULD GO DOWN WELL FOR TOURISTS AND LOCALS.

Well laid out Mall, but carpark layout took a bit of getting used to as a visitor

Rotorua Central Mall has a food court, a variety of shops including The Warehouse, Spark, Vodafone and 2degrees. It's usually very busy as it is a thoroughfare to the centre of Rotorua.

Well it's Rotorua, what else can I say, don't expect mega shops here.

All malls are the same this is just a small one with mainly a food hall, the Warehouse and cell phone companies with a few other shops.

As a person who's lived in huge cities my whole life, this is not a mall. its a big shop full of smaller shops

I have trouble keeping away from this place especially due to The Warehouse, Peros Hairdress and quick & easy açcess to banking facilities.
