B. R.I have 7 mokopunas 6boys an 1girl they shop and pick their own clothing toys and presents I stop here save heaps get given AWESOME help and the bakehouse for creambuns fishnchips choice and groceries love it
L. A.Great cluster of essential shops such as 4square, Petrol station, fish & chip shop and great bakery and fresh fruit & vege shop.
B. R.Convenience plus. A community working together for all walks of life. An excellent shopping centre catering for the elderly. Great parking area.
D. C.Heaps to see and heaps to do. Plenty of seating and heaps of parking. The staff are all great people who are willing to help. Go have a look

r. h.Serves community well. Four Square, Hardware, restaurants, green grocer, Saint Vincent Op shop, Papa's cafe with daily fresh baked goodies, Laundromat, Gas Station, Friendly local "Four Winds Tavern Rotorua & Tatou BBQ Bistro, Te Ngae Fish Supply. Huge carpark area.
M.Very dated this shopping center has looked the same since the 80s. they have recently removed the public toilets. But renovated the pub and pokie machine area. Nonetheless good stores here.

R. H.Lovely shoppers,money hungry vendors especially a certain shop(like the rest of the $2 and then some shops) hike prices. Even though its connected to Te Ngae Rd,its not too busy.

A. P.This use to be the best shopping mall to go to. There use to be a supermarket 3 GUYS once that closed everything changed.
Still a great place to get takeaway food, Mad Butchers, 4 Square, Bakery, Pharmacy. So if you are ever out that way good place to visit.
D.Great little Op shop, also nought a fabulous sandwich from the bakery.

A. T.There is a bakery tucked into a corner.... Papas bakery? Anyway... The food is as close as possible to the old fashion bakery food I was treated to as a child. The apple squares taste of heavenly delight.... Perfect blend of apples, cinnamon and the cake part is devine. At the rate I eat these.. I'm gonna die young! 😂
K. D.Great local little shopping court, has the basics 4 square, bakery's, Lotto/hardware, hairdresser, laundromat, fruit and veggie shop, Indian restaurant, fish n chip shop and Chinese Takeaways, 2nd hand shop 👌, petrol station, mad butcher, money machines, coin save
and of course a pub/bottle store. All there that is really needed for the everyday needs. Nice people
P. M.Only stop here for oysters, fish & chips. That way everyone's fed before heading into the busy town of Rotorua. Always available parkings but the downfall is there's no public toilets and I'm not paying 50c to use one.

M.It's OK, four square very friendly, fish and chips shop got great variety and great potato fritters, road is just so broken up, the centre is dirty, grimy and feels very impoverished, we can do better, there was even a person vomiting out her car door in the middle of the parking, great parking though and lovely friendly shop. Owners and assistants.

A. K.Not the most modern shopping centre but a good variety to shops, mad butcher, very good fish shop, hardware, fruit n veg, lots and of takeaways, op shop, $2 shop, lotto etc. Easy parking
J. C.Placed phone order on busy Saturday night, told 30 minute wait, good size scoop of chips, hot dog and potato fritter good, but disappointed with crumbed fish, not quite cooked right, and tasted like flake, not fresh as hoped.
D. E.Not as cheap across the store as other supermarket chains, but competitive in price, cheaper than Four Square, and hosts some promotions with great deals. e.g. I got boxes of Arnott's Shapes for $1.39 each.

Because of the location just needs some public toilets for passing through traffic who just stop for food.

K.Busy shopping center in the suburbs it has two hairdressers, takeaway shops, Hammer hardware, Four square, Fresh fruit vendor, Bakery, second hand store, Mad butcher, Pub, public toilets and a facility to wash and dry clothing
C. X.It was really wet that day but thankfully the stores had heating and sold umbrellas, so I rate this place at 4 Stars.
