Clean, well appointed with Trace/Scanning codes and sanitizer everywhere. I must say a special thank you to the gorgeous women who was cleaning the bathrooms on the day I visited. (I believe she was a supervisor covering a colleagues shift). I am currently physically ill and she was extremely accommodating in helping me use the disabled bathroom. She was so kind and caring and I hope she is able to see this. Thank you so much 🙏🏽

The mall's getting more into my heart and offering a reprieve from my required commute to Albany where I could always find all that needed. There's still opportunities that management can create more diverse places that satisfy more than the limited variety that is currently on offer.

A small mall. It has the benefit of being fresh clean and new and air conditioned, with a good amount of parking nearby. It doesn't have a huge number of shops, so less choice, but good if you want to get something reasonably quickly and you know what you are after is there. Toilets are well maintained.

Nice little mall with lots packed into it very open and free flowing design great choice of stores from cafes to farmer's department store and all in between. Plenty of parking both undercover and outdoor. Good selection of stores on the outside perimeter of the mall again with more parking some restaurants/fast food places to eat along with the usual choices of big brand stores

Great place. Not quite finished and a few shops still empty but you can get almost everything. Plenty of parking but the lifts are at the other end so you'll need to be prepared if you have mobility problems. There are mobility parks at the Farmers end but there are steep stairs to negotiate.

The mall itself is fine, if a bit small. Not a huge selection of shops but all the shops are good... Except for Sierra Coffee whose owner/manager has major anger issues. So if you like over priced, rubbish food and bad coffee with an extra side of getting shouted directly in the face by the owner for asking for an empty coffee cup to put your two year old's paid for fluffy in and then being told that you should discipline your child, then by all means order from this dip-sh*t

A good selection of shops that have friendly professional staff, with the exception of Spec Savers unempathrtic, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Spec Savers destroy the shopping experience... a bad egg in the mall makes it stink through out!

Big place for shopping if only there are more exciting variety store selection (in this decade) in the mall. Food court limited with only one place to get coffee (which gave me a very bad service and attitude from previous experience with their staff , not ever going back there!). However since there only few who shop here the car parks have lots of spaces. Just disappointed with this mall.

It's a good start but obviously needs more retailers to come on board. Good layout and the parking I see lit and easily accessible from the main store. Close to the older centre which means a wider cross section of outlets.

Was a nice mall but not a great variety of shops. The parents room was clean and tidy but didnt have a microwave. Instead had a bottle warmer but no instructions on how to use it. The warmer either wasnt working properly or I wasnt using it correctly. After 10 minutes of trying to figure it out ( meanwhile my son is screaming) i gave up on trying to use it. Luckily I had some hot water with me so was able to make a bottle by mixing cold & hot water otherwise my son would have had to go hungry until I could find a microwave elsewhere.

It's Whangaparoa mall, updated to 2019 and moved to a more convenient location. Parking is really easy here as its not so busy yet. The pallet trucks roaming up and down the main mall walkways are seriously off putting. You spend multi millions on building a flash mall and you can't afford a quiet pallet trolley??? The current one, which goes up and down every hour or so (I'm told by the shopkeepers) sounds like an earthquake. This is a total f*ckup.

Silverdale Mall is to Albany Mall what most good modern film reboots are to their original film counterparts from the 70s and 80s - cleaner and smoother looking, and with a few good moments here and there, but seemingly never good enough to genuinely step out of the shadow of it's predecessor. Also the ground in the main foyer shakes if enough vehicles move around in the carpark below Soo Earthquake Simulator :)

A great up and coming mall for the local residents of silverdale and whangaparaoa peninsula. We particularly like kathmandu and the sushi shops there. Access is easy and with a big Farmers store.
