R.Outstanding after sales service. I had a small inconsistent issue when retrieving my boat with the trailer. Jonathan organised for my boat to be transported from Warkworth to Auckland. He then re-aligned the rollers, serviced the trailer and had it back to me the same day! Absolutely brilliant.

R.Bought a replacement tandem boat trailer 27th July 2018. All good and sorted after I made a measure error on the boat which then needed the originally discussed trailer to be downsized. The team rehashed it all in a day and had me on my way later the same day. Had a problem with one of the wheels causing a significant issue with imbalance. After a bit of balance checking next morning found the culprit which Aakron are generously replacing and letting me keep the wobbly one for a spare. Hopefully I've made a couple of suggestions especially about warrant placement on the trailers that will help going forward. Good people to deal with.
