G.Super chill and knowledgeable staff, able to give me in depth and personalised advice on better fitted snowboard bindings, and then helping me to repair my old ones to sell off. Very reasonable prices for board waxing and tuning too. Best part is being open on the weekends too
M.The service I have received from the team at Ballistics over the past 9 months has been OUTSTANDING!!! Potter especially, has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my beginner skier needs by decking me out with the best boots and skis in Auckland AND on top of that, making sure they're as comfortable for me, as possible - since brand new boots can feel a little ouchy sometimes, until they're broken in. Thanks to Potter and all his extra help, I had the best ski holiday ever!!! I cannot recommend him and the entire team at Ballistics enough. They really know their stuff!!!

M.Getting back into snowboarding after many years off (about to turn 44), purchased new boots and the team helped reset my old bindings to suit my style (or lack of!) and gave great advice to get me back into it. I smashed a bit off my wakeboard from hitting an obstacle (rail, upside down battle ship) And instantly thought of these friendly fellows at Ballistics. From the first phone call they were Super easy to deal with, fantastic service, and knowledge, they patched it and epoxied it back together and even gave me a free sticker too!
Highly recommended to repair or chat about wakeboarding.
