I bought a new back pack from this store on Sunday. I wanted one for long distance cycling for both commuting and casual day trips. Staff really knew their products and were super helpful and friendly. The lady that served me spent a bit of time helping me test out each backpack making sure it met my personal preferences and needs. I probably spent a little more than I originally intended but now I have taken the pack out on a few trips it was totally worth it and I'm so grateful for her advice. My receipt says that my cashier was Jackie so thank you so much Jackie!

This is a great place to shop. they have a good range and don't stock rubbish. The staff are knowledgeable expereinced outdoor people so you can get great advice. Completely different experience to some of the other outdoor shops.
