J.Always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Most recent visit was to return some icebreaker shorts that had a manufacturing defect. The woman in the shop (Sian) was very helpful, nothing too much effort, replaced the shorts even though they hadn't been sent to icebreaker for assessment because one of the other bivouacs where the shops were initially purchased had sent us there because Sylvia Park had stock. Recommended for customer service. :)

C.I’ve always liked Bivouac, it give you some of the better quality gear in NZ for the outdoors. Only lost a star because I got severely over charged and didn’t notice till I’d left. Had to come back in which was a bit of a hassle but staff were accommodating.
