The guys here are truly amazing. This is a rarity in today's market. They were attentive without being intrusive, they possessed sound knowledge of products and it's availability. I travelled some distance and they did not disappoint. Cheers, guys.

There are a gazillion outdoor gear / streetwear shops out there not to mention the availability of online options available these days. Boardertown is one that shows why we should support them and buy local. Their generous return policy allowed for me to return a change of mind purchase (that is still brand new of course) after 3 months. The email responses were helpful and they've made arrangements in advance for my local store to expect me coming in. In-store staff at Botany was top notch and already knew who I am when I entered the store, and they followed through with friendly and helpful advices. Never felt I was pushed to make a purchase and was allowed to take my time to look around. They have obviously put thoughts in choosing their stock lines with some of the top in industry brands.

Got some parts for my bindings. Great selection of boarding gear. Nice tidy store.

Great store.... with great staff.... I didn't think they could get better but I had a button come off a dress I brought from them, emailed them and they were exceptional in helping me get it fixed. Go to shop for everything Love you guys..... keep being amazing

5 Stars for Botany store, lovely service, good customer services. I bought a snowboard binding from that store, the guy was really helpful for my decision making. A lot of good device for customer point view. And also, the price is the best you can find in NZ (not as another store in town selling old model gear with original retail price). Good deal, High recommend!

staff was very helpful. Didnt make to feel I was just another number. Manager could learn how to friendlier but will go back again.

Great place for snow and skate. Large selection of snowboard and associated gear.

Visited there a couple of times, once to get a new pair of shoes and the other to get a board fitted out with griptape. Helpful staff, good range of gear.
