Big store, great range of stock. Had to go asking for help after staring blankly at fishing rods, but they grabbed someone that was able to answer all the questions (filled my quota couple of days later when went fishing). Nearly walked out the door, glad I didn't.

The young man who helped me pick out a rod for my husband Saturday just been was very knowledgable and helpful. I was overwhelmed with the info that I ended up going home and explaining it all so I knew what to get, next day went and bought the fishing rod he had suggested. A man with an accent was on the floor checking to see if customers were ok including myself, he tried to get Brett to assist but he was super busy so got someone else to help. Enjoyed my experience, Mene who served me was friendly and welcoming

Great staff, love the range of products ( i can spend hours here) would really appreciate if you guys can have a price match policy on same stocked items like 99% of other retailers. I personally do not like online buying but I check online pricing. Its good to go in the store, talk to a real person ,get the right advice and build a fantastic repo. Zac was very helpful in ordering my item , great service from his mates too. Purchased another rod for my collection, I love it but my wife does not. Can't complain 😌 👌

Gladys and I were bloody chuffed with the rods we pur purchased. My son however, let rip a foul fart in the store though, making most customers evacuate. Really sorry about that.

My favourite store and happy place. If I won the lottery, I'd go here first. Great brands and fantastic advise. Bought our new family tent here last summer and it's performed perfectly, it was exactly as I was told. Everything to make your camping holiday a great success. Love this place and all hunting and fishing stores..its my favorite shop and I spend a lot of my hard earned money there.. I've been going to this store for over 8 yrs. The staff are loyal and friendly and some are still there from when it opened. Always got specials and the best camo gear out there.. I was even given a free hunting and fishing t-shirt from Management because I'm always in there spending money.. it's a great place for anything and just about everything for out doors..as all hunting and fishing stores are.. hunt, fish, camp and tramp they have it all...

Located in East Tamaki (The Hub), this is one of many Hunting and Fishing branches located throughout New Zealand. This branch in particular is filled with friendly and knowledgeable staff and the store is stocked with all the stock that you would expect. From tents to portable cookers, most camping utilities can be found here. Also to note, there is a small portion of the store reserved for guns, the staff who are stationed there are very friendly and are more than happy to explain how firearms work and the laws that follow as well. Would recommend for camping enthusiasts and pros alike!
