Adequate Customer Service. I bought a premium item that I expected to last for years and it failed after 4 months. Customer service took at least 4 days every time I sent an email and then told me they wouldn't fix it. Ultimately I demanded a refund and the issue was escalated to someone who could give me one. Disappointing goods and customer support, though not appalling.

Great help sorting out training equipment on a one off basis

What a great place to find sporting / coaching equipment - great range of stock and reasonable prices. It’s where you go when you want something the big brand name sports shops do not have in abundance if at all - e.g discus, shotput etc
