To the Area Manager, We are a Nike family and Nike Sylvia Park is our shop we shop at. I would like to acknowledge a staff member by the name of Tyson, we found him very professional, kind and considerate to our needs but he was very knowledgeable to the products. I purchased some Air Max for my 15 year old daughter a short time ago for school and found that they had deteriorated quite fast. Tyson took one look at the shoes and told us why they had deteriorated and fitted her with the correct size. What an asset to the store he is and a breath of fresh air to find someone that knows the product well.

My partner and I had a very good experience at the Sylvia Park Nike Store with the help of Niketa, she was kind and very helpful and made sure we had all the right sizes. Would definitely be happy to receive help from her again.

Well stocked branch of the Nike store. That said, service was not great - we probably caught one of the staff members as he was attempting to serve another customer and he promptly forgot about us and ended up behind the cashier's counter. We might have appreciated it if he had passed us on to someone else or at least explained that he might take a while before getting to us. We had walked in ready to purchase a pair of shoes but because of the service, we decided to return another day when staff are not as busy.

It is a ok store I was looking at the shoes I realized this store didn't have a large variety of sports shoes. Clothing is good if you are a big fan of Nike then it's worth a look. Wheel chair entry and accessibility

Popped in here yesterday afternoon to browse for a bit and was greeted by the most friendliest girl ever! Her name was Bobbi (sorry if I didn't spell it right!) and she was so helpful and we had great conversation as well! Even though I get anything, I just wanted to say that her customer service was northing short of AMAZING! Keep up the good work xx
