A.Amazing equipment. Amazing customer service. Russ did an amazing job at helping us to choose the best tent to suit us and what we needed. Russ was friendly, honest and reliable. I recommend the Zempire brand to everyone, not only is the tent easy to put up but is very durable. The Monsta Mats self inflate and they are so comfortable that they turn camping into glamping. Although we had an issue with one of the Chairs Russ and the team at Hunting & Fishing sorted this immediately without a fuss.
D.Huge store with a good team of staff. Pricing is there or there abouts compared to others. Massive range including a new BBQ section. Dangerous place to be left alone in with a credit card or cash!
A.Top lads, great service and plenty of products. Went there to get a help to fix a jet star rod, and the gentleman in the reception help me to sort it out in no time. Definitely a top service centre. Highly recommend

Would give it a 4 star if it came with a website that actually shows the stores ranging, H&F probably has the worst website for online shopping of all the outdoor sports stores. In this day and age not having a decent online experience is a major disadvantage, that’s why Marine Deal gets most of my outdoor spend.

R.Bought a wetsuit, was not sure about the size but the staff said I can take it back if it doesn’t fit. Turns out the size they suggested dose ‘t fit, tried to take it back. The staff told me the size I want is out of stock, even in the warehouse. I asked for refund but he keep telling me about their policy which is no refund, and this is not their fault etc. Just wanna tell you —— I did your job and called the other store, they swapped it for me and provided excellent service.

Recently, I had an expensive brand-new fishing rod that broke on me due to challenging fishing conditions, luckily there was a warranty and they replaced it immediately with something even better!
I found the customer service to friendly and excellent!
North shore Hunting and fishing have a huge variety of outdoor products and sometimes things break and it's not anyone’s fault. I found the team helpful and wanting to get you back out doors enjoying yourselves.
Overall a Great team, with down to earth owners and they only want the best for their customers, I highly recommend north shore Hunting and Fishing.

A.I bought a crab trap on last Friday (22 December 2017). And then i went to Omaha to hunt crab yesterday. When we pulled the trap out of the sea about 17:30, we found that the trap was opened and only 2 crabs inside! We checked the trap on the bank and there is no hook and line that locking the trap. So i went to North Shore store this morning (24 December 2017) to replace a new one. But the reception told me he can not replace it and the only way to solve this problem is fix it by myself! It is terrible! I bought it only 2 days ago, and it failed on the second day! That guy i met this morning looks like come from south America. Poor customer service! Bad experience!
