M.2 lady's who work there, amazing!!!
Went not the extra mile, but extra 1000 miles
They got the sizes organised, went back and forth to the back to check, its a headache of a job, but they kept going.
Friday Evening 5pm, it's closing time, and the lady's, still eager to help. Thats what you call service.
They are very professional.
Probably, the best service in the last couple of years in all the shops we've been. They are excellent! Highly Recommend! Congratulations on having the passion in these COVID times. Well done!
C.Rude staff first said my sons school uniform wasnt stocked there. Told her yes it is in the website the address was right there. No apologies she continued to act like a know all. I have given 3 based on the lady at the counter. She was friendly and lovely. Not bigoted at all

J.My son and I went into the NZ Uniforms Botany shop today to buy the uniforms for Howick College. We were greeted by Jackie and she was amazing. Her customer service was 150%. Jackie made my son feel so comfortable with jokes and he absolutely loved all the attention. She showed us everything we needed from top to bottom. All the staff were so friendly and smiling. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Jackie and your team for such a pleasant experience.

It was a bit of a challenge trying to get both my girls kitted out by myself but Charleen was amazing, so patient and helpful. Thank you so much for making the experience a very enjoyable one today, I really appreciated all of your time and help.
A.Highly recommend this place. My daughter and me were really confused as to what was required. Charleen immediately came to our rescue and was so very helpful. Made the while uniform shopping experience real fun. The rest of the staff were awesome too and they all go the extra mile to help.
S.The Uniforms are expensive, but then they have a monopoly so as a consumer we had no choice but to buy from here. Given that, the Staff member we had helping us out was Brilliant! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient I give her 5 Stars....just not the business sadly.

NZ Uniform Botany employee ROIMATA (im praying thats her name ) is the BEST. From the moment myself and 2 daughters stepped into the store she greeted us with a BIG SMILE and asked if we needed help. She showed us where (Tangaroa College Uniform section) was and even offered to help with finding sizes and many more i could go ON and ON😂
Her Customer service skill ON POINT makes you feel a sense of belonging even has patience to look for a size bigger or smaller etc.
Keep being the bubbly and amazing Individual that you are ROIMATA and keep shinning brighter than the star that you are😊
t.Visited this shop yesterday for the 1st time and i was really impressed with the staff they were all very friendly and helpful i would definitely recommend the botany store to anyone and everyone who is needing a school uniform job well done guys you should all get a pay rise just on manners alone keep up the awsum work.
