S.Awesome experience at this branch. All staff that I have dealt with directly have been very helpful and professional. A special thanks to Josie who kindly helped me with my requests and Xavier for his exceptional Customer service and patience with my situation last night. One of the best Rebel Sports experience so far. One thing I just got want to point out is some staff need to smile more, especially when around customers as you need to give off a friendly impression, not a serious, unapproachable one. Besides that, great service here and I would highly recommend this branch. 😊
E.It was almost closing time when I dashed in to get a few more things for a grandies birthday. I'm sure the staff were wanting to wind down for the day. But they were so genuinely helpful and very friendly. Thank you guys and girls. The grandie loved his goodies and I'll be back for the next grandie 😊🤝
J.Always a good range of sporting gear and clothing. Staff are usually helpful but on this visit were hard to find (Christmas Season). Being a larger person, I found it hard to find clothes in the right size.
k.The manager lady who manages both briscoes and rebel sports - moir really understood my pain and sorted my purchase! She looks tough at first but really leaves customers sorted and happy. Thanks :)
t.Great lots to choose from I bought a pair of trainers from the end of line table got a good reduction on a pair of Adidas trainers, staff were very helpful to.
p.Rebel sports is one of the better equipped sports stores in town. If you want variety and a range of goods rather than a brand specialty store like Adidas or Nike, you would find what you are looking for at Rebel Sports.
I think that Rebel Sports and Briscoes are sister companies and they tend to run sales together at the same time - so if you see a sale going on at Briscoes, it makes sense to pop by Rebel Sports if you are looking for some sports gear.
Staff are attentive and helpful and I notice that they stock foam rollers now as well - a rather unique piece of equipment usually only found in very specialised sports stores and physio clinics.
L.Usually love this store. But this visit was a click and collect. I had recieved the emails that my order was ready for pick up so I drove to Botany to collect it. NOPE! When I showed my emails with the order and number, only part of my order was there. This is very frustrating as I do not live in Botany and went because my whole order was apparantly ready for pick up. I do not know how I am supposed to know when the rest of my order will be ready because they have already sent me confirmation emails.

T.Good product (ball pump), that ended up being on special. Good to pay less, but would be better to know that it is on special before getting to the counter. Had to walk around the whole store to find them, no staff around to help. Counter staff was friendly and really helpful, telling me which is better and how to use.

J.Service is good. Although when a sale is on be prepared to be a little bit patient. Pricing for their sales is normally really good. I find that customers are pigs and mess the store up majorly. So it can be a little frustrating to find specific items that you are after. Products are generally of high quality due to the big brand names. Great range.

V.Rebel sports is always a favourite shop, though I feel this team is lacking customer service, i feel they might be understaffed as everyone always seems busy but I've had to stand in long lines waiting for cashier service multiple times. They always have regular sales and lots of car park space.
