C.Great place full of stock, nice easy layout to walk around and take your time, not overcrowded with shelfs and small isles.
Found a specific pair of pants I've been looking for atleast a year now. My boyfriend ONLY wears this specific type and it's been a nightmare to find a new pair to replace his unsightly pair.

T.Searched on line for skipping rope, grip exerciser and back exerciser, asked staff member where! She pointed, picked it, paid 10% off and left. Short - quick - done, excellent.

A.All in one shop for buying sport outfits and accessories. They also have special Adidas section. You can order online as well which they ship it to your house.
Just be careful while you park your car or bike.
My bike was stolen in the evening. 😓😦

A.Great store! Staff willing to help with any issues. I had purchased UnderArmour shoes and it ended up being defective in about 4 weeks. The store manager after checking my receipt, replaced the shoes with another good pair.

T.I have just purchased a compression sleeve for my calf. The lady at the till was so helpful. She allowed my to try it on before purchasing and even went to get a measuring tape so I could make sure I was getting the right size. Much appreciated
T.Its got lots going for it but it always seems messy especially the shoe section. Theres always a box left half unpacked. Products are generally good quality and staff, if they are around, are friendly.
L.A big thank you to Victoria and the other workers at the counter who helped me track down the pants I was after! Their helpful friendly service and recommendations led me in the right direction. I left my number as I was in a hurry and they called me to confirm what store had the apparel I was after. Good to see these positive attitudes in front line staff.

A.Rebel have great affordable clearance racks at the back of the store for women and on the far left for men. Shirts, shorts, loads of brands starting at $19.
d.Started off on a negative note at the counter on the right as soon as we enter. However another staff member was more knowledgeable and helpful. Team members not friendly at all ......might think twice to go back....
I.Didn't expect it to be as busy as it was on a Friday morning but the bro helped me find what I needed as soon as he was finished helping store items for another customer. Had to queue for a little bit. The desk clerk was courteous and polite when processing my order.

However, store lacked atmosphere, and I didn’t feel like I wanted to stay and browse. Very disinterested and unfriendly staff - this was main drawback.

K.The sections aren't really labelled properly so it's hard to find what you need (I spent a long time trying to find women's swimwear). I wasn't approached by staff even though it was very quiet, but the woman at the checkout was very friendly and helpful when I asked her for help.
D.My experience was tainted somewhat while looking for a pair of running shoes. The girl who was stacking the shelves could see I was having trouble with the sizings she did nothing until I asked for assistance whereupon she took two boxes of shoes from the shelf and said, 'maybe these will fit.' She then went back to her stacking. I eventually found a pair of Mizuno running shoes that fitted (eventually). Customer service 1/10. Then I went to check out where the lovely lady said, 'did you know its our sale tomorrow?' Well I didn't but she gave me the sale price. I got $21.00 off. Customer service 10/10. Attitude plays a big part in retail, if you don't have a good attitude you should leave.
M.Don't you always like a place where there is big discount. Just in time for a casual pair of shoes. And I also found a pair for work. Double bargain. I'm taking a trip to Hawaii next month. And I waz looking for a comfortable pair of shoes to travel in on the 8 hour flight. I'm a happy customer when I left with my little darling next to me.
A.Fantastic! Super helpful and friendly staff who were willing to stop whatever they were doing to serve the customers and help them out. This place truly exceeded my expectations.

J.Don't know how to explain.. I walk in, find what I was there for, choose and try a few times, found the one I want, pay for it and left. I didn't need interaction, didn't need help.. you could see people pretty much doing the same thing, except you are in your own world minding your own business, while they are in their world minding their own business too. That was my experience.. nothing amazing, nothing out of the norm of shopping.. that's how it is when you shop in NZ.
A.I don't recommend them for click and collect. This is a slow in-store process because they don't store the ordered stuff near the click and collect desk, but at the other end of their big store, so you have to wait while they go an find it.

I.It had a sale on so everything was reasonably priced. It was really nice but the closest bathroom is in Briscoes and that's really annoying. We got a lot of stuff from there yesterday and it ways has everything that your looking for!
B.They have some great deals. It is just really hard to find stuff in the clothing sections. I feel they need some more signs for the brands and the different sports clothing. Not just menswear / womenswear.
t.Was super busy, and it seemed short of staff. But always good range of product.
G.Somehow I managed to be here for around 1.5 hours trying on the football boots (which were all unorganised and in disarray on the shelves) and yet not a single staff member stopped by to see if they could help. I noticed that it seemed to be because 3 of them all instead wanted to be huddled, chatting, and idly working in this one section in the back corner of the floor.

A.just called the Mt Wellington Store and spoke to a young man by the name of Braden. He went out of his way to try and help me find the supporters shirts i am looking for. His service is something seldom seen anymore. I hope everyone appreciates the effort he does for each client he tends - I would gladly advise everyone to support the Mt Wellington Store

D.Great customer service. Had a problem with runners that ended up too slippery on the soles. They exchanged them, even though I had lost my receipt after finding my purchase in their computer.
S.Well stocked and pretty good layout, probably one of the better Rebel Sports I've been too.
H.Didn't have what I wanted but the staff member went out of his way to look out the back for it, was even happy to contact me later in the day if he happened to find it later as they had five pellets to unpack.
V.Not bad but unfortunately not very easy to get assistance.
Stock was not available and what was there was a bit messed up and not clearly labeled.
S.Good selection of sporting equipment and they have regular sales.
Best to go when a sport is in season as they will have a greater range however this is the way with most shops.
R.My 4 year old kicked a soccer ball and it hit a rack of tennis racquets knocking one off. So embarrassing, I had to leave the store. Luckily it's a quieter store so no one noticed I think.

J.Normally crowded. Not to many staff to assist on floor as they are behind the counter. Many products without price what definitely discourages you to buy. Sometimes disorganized and messy.
C.Picked up my hockey bag from beneath the counter where the gentleman on the phone (the day before) had said it would be! (Excellent!) Great staff here.
