They didn't have stock of anything I wanted. The only redeeming thing was the customer service person she was very helpful and friendly, she went to a lot of trouble trying to locate stock for me from another branch

Decent deals and usually has what I want. Annoying that all the hats aren’t in one place though so if you’re looking for hats you have to search all over the whole shop for the different options. Good workout but super annoying.

Really nice store. Wide range of brands. 20% off today so popped in. 20% is piddly at the end of the day but i needed a few things. Wait for a real discount around Christmas for my next visit.

After phoning to have my size in shoes put aside upon pickup wrong size had been put in the shoebox unfortunately staff hadn't double checked. Manager helpful offering alternative. Shoe area very untidy made for a long search and behind counter area hangers and gear piled perhaps get some storage cupboards.

Entrance was awkward to navigate, but all the usual sports accessories.

First contact by phone, helpful pleasant young lady. Then to the Westgate shop to purchase item. Served by 2 most helpful young men. Was around 7 pm. Recommend highly.

Great team, Scott, Andrea and Karen are awesome in their customer service delivery. My favourite local store locally Ample parking comparing to other Rebel stores in Auckland and is close to the motorway off ramp. Late night on Thursdays. Online shopping option is great too.. With fast delivery and stocks often available when a Sales is on. Highly recommended.

I went in today after having bought second pair of shoes, my mistake, turns out they were a size bigger, explained my situation, spoke with Maui and the team, they were awesome! Maui took care of me, made sure I had the right size. Really helpful and when I needed their help the most. They stepped up. ALL SHOPS could learn customer service from this team.

Did some good shopping today at Rebel Westgate. Absolutely have to mention Braydon, sorry not sure correct spelling of his name. He went above and beyond to help my nana with her Christmas purchases. (And he's kinda handsome in a young Nick Cage kinda way too shhhh). Many thanks

Maui from North West was super helpful, I called up looking for a particular pair of shoes for work. He set them aside, had then ready for me. I walked into the shop, tried on the shoe then purchased. No more than 5 mins in the store. Great customer service

What a terrible place to shop on Black Friday . They were more interested in covering the tills. And credits. With no staff to help with purchases. You had to stand in the check out queue to ask for help.That was before 12 pm. Employ more staff to help customers on the floor.

Friendly staff here, brought a hockey bag for my granddaughter, only to find out got the wrong one. Had to go back two days later to get my money back because they don't do credits. Then rang Panmure branch who had the bag I needed.
