Brilliant service and choice, I always ask for Cam, he listens to my needs, I'm fitted and off I go. I was recommended by a foot specialist from the Super Clinic. Extremely happy.

Wonderful staff! I have come here a few times in the past and it has always been a great experience. Staff are very attentive and fit your foot to the shoe perfectly. On my first consultation I walked/ran on the treadmill (gate analysis) so they could see my foot structure and pattern. Thanks Annette and other Smiths Sport Shoe staff members!

Even thuo we had to travel over again from albany after our store shut again, it's still the best place to buy your footwear.

This is a great store to buy you next pair of sports shoes. If you are looking for a good price then this is the store for you. They have lots of end of line specials but the service is really good too. All their staff are really sporty so they are great source of advice as well. This store really specialises in kids sport shoes too. Well worth a visit if you need new shoes.

Having been to every other likely store to buy my walking shoes for the Camino next year, Arleah at Smith's Sports Shoes in Tauranga was a breath of fresh air. She was clearly young and an athlete herself but also was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Hats off to her and also to her employer for investing in their staff with proper training. If you need good shoes and good service, then here is where you will find both.

really disappointed, this time, as was recommended a pair of NB 880 ,by Smith Shoes a brand ive have never worn, they were $212 with a 30% discount, Im training for a marathon and intended to wear them ,however the first 2 km of y run my foresoles started to burn and my arch was sore, this has never happened running in my Brooks - which were recommended by Shore-science after an analysis podiatrist said the shoes were too wide for my feet and my feet are moving around,. before recommending me the NB shoes , Smith shoes saleperson should have had me running on the treadmill and gone from there. I am now left with a pair of expensive shoes which I cannot run in. the only reason I purchased them was I listened to the salesguy. I usually stick to Brooks. thank you Smith Shoes for helping me out- I love my Ghost Brooks :)
