I bought a bike holder yesterday. The staffs was friendly. They introduce the product and agreed to help me install it after serving other customers. While I was waiting by my car, another staff just finish loading sth for another customer came over helped me install it and showed me how to do it myself and also told me what needed to be aware of. Good job guys, very happy.

Excellent service from the young girl who went out of her way to make sure that the tent we were looking at met all our requirements.

No stock of what I need seems to be a problem at most of there shops

The shop is best for all the sport equipments and accessories. Specially for bike. this one is better and cheaper than Bike Barn for most of the stuff. They do have bike workshop which is very cool. And they do have all kind of bike with different range.

Did not know the store was here, plenty of parking available on site as well as surprisingly good range of products. Got a really friendly greeting I walked in and it was to navigate your way around the store. Displays were great and pricing was available on the product. Fitness area was a real surprise, well stocked and the team could talk to it

Did a click and collect 08/10/21 where the goods were coming from Tauranga. Landed in the Manukau store 15/10/21 and collected 16/10/21. Clear instructions on contactless collection process emailed before hand and sign posted in front of the store. Friendly staff and great process observed. Missed the 5th star because the phone number they have to call on arrival goes unanswered. Lucky another customer was waiting there so I was seen to just after they received their order.

Went in there to buy some of the items I had seen on their website. As soon as I walked into the doors I was greeted with a very happy "Good afternoon" by one of the young ladies behind the counter. I walked over to the fitness area to find the fitness equipment I wanted. Then a young Asian gentleman asked if I needed help with anything. I asked for a price for an item without a price sticker on it. He quickly got out his phone and looked up the price for me on the Torpedo 7 website and got the price a 1 minute later. Overly happy with my experience here. Customer service is so important and what I received was a great experience.

Opens at 10am, not 9 ….

As factory outlet they always offer discounted / clearance price on most of the items. Despite some are still too expensive for some (me), the store and deals worth checking out.

Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly

Decided that I would stop by rather than going to my local Torpedo 7 in Sylvia park area - much easier to get a park and less traffic. Not many customers yet (new in the old Appliance Shed building ). Will probably use this branch more in the future.

The service I got was very good, very helpful even though they had just opened and didn’t have much answers or displayed items, the fact that the gent who helped me made the effort, was good enough. To top it, I had a faulty item and when I returned it, they handled it fast and i had no issues.

Great place to get your winter gear. RightNow, they got heaps of discounted items. Great quality, and many to choose from. Great team by the way. That's a bonus.
