The best price you can get. Helpful staff. You can find any parts you lose or damage. Easy and quick contact. You can buy from their website or from their shop on Trade me. They do delivery.

Great, friendly service. They go above and beyond. We bought a kayak and there was an issue with our roof rack, but the staff member actually gave us a free strap to secure it so we could get it home safely

My partner, my Dad and I came here to buy a pair of kayaks and had an excellent experience. We'd already done some research online and knew which kayak and life jackets we wanted. The staff at Wave Passion were friendly, helpful, and didn't try to pressure us in to buying extras like a lot of the franchise stores do. They carried the kayaks out to our car and made sure we had them in the right position, showing us where the centre of gravity on the kayaks was, before we started strapping them to the roof rack. This was a straightforward, stress-free, and helpful shopping experience and we will definitely come back to Wave Passion for any future kayaking needs. Thanks so much for the great service. :)

I purchased an insulated fish bag about 9 months ago.....I have held off writing a review until I put it to the test over numerous trips. Well what can I say. First off, the initial bag that was sent out to me was the wrong size, but after one phone call, the problem was fixed and a new bag was sent out at no extra charge and I was allowed to keep the other one also. Now that is great service. After about 50 trips to date and numerous fish, ice and salt water hammering the bag, It has stood the test of time. For the price of their insulated fish bags they are worth it. Thank you for such a great cost effective product and the awesome customer service.

Bought a sup pump here and get battery extension terminal for free. Great. One down side that the customer greeting should improve if you want to get more customer. Will test the pump today and feed back. Overall it is good.

Jason is amazing and the equipment is outstanding. The prices are unbelievable. My paddle board is the most beautiful board and the bamboo carbon paddle is absolutely gorgeous. I run a small kayak and paddle board hire business, I have brought from Jason the super trip paddle boards and paddles . The gear gets daily hard use. We bought a double kayak and find it quite stable. Very good price with lots of storage, seats included and an option for single paddling.

Very professional and nice people in there. I bought a 2 seater kayak and a roofrack, they helped me fit everything on my van ! Price and quality are great too.
