j.I visited this afternoon and two women employees couldn't have been more helpful they helped me pick out a pack that was perfect for me and they even ordered one in, in my preferred color. Great 40% deal at the moment 5 star experience.
M.I went just for looking, lovely sellers and then I went at Kathmandu just for looking too, bad sellers.
I finished my looking and I bought everything as I need in Macpac 💕 amazing staff and the good sellers, make the difference.

A.awesome staff this afternoon. Last year, I was completely ignored. Today, I was accommodated and the staff helped me with my options.
L.I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one was a goodie so simply had to.
A good few months back, I waltzed in here to try on some tramping boots. I had a really nice guy helping out (I’m sorry, I can’t remember your name!). I came back a week or two later and bought the boots after trying some elsewhere and another girl served me (just as friendly and helpful). They all seemed interested about my tramping trip that I’d been planning for. Fast forward to today where I’d popped back in for a browse and the same guy who helped me out the first time approached and asked cheerfully how my boots were shaping up. Legit was shocked at his memory, but honestly, how good is that customer service?? Everyone has always been lovely here and never hesitate to try wrangle some deals or chat about my tramping plans. Maybe it’s because it’s a small town, but kudos to you Macpac Blenheim. You’ve got some good eggs working for ya 👊🏼
