Reviews of Macpac Colombo Street
M.I was on holiday heading to Nasbey from Auckland last week. I stopped in Christchurch in Columbo Street to look at jackets and merino clothing to go curling. I was very impressed with Derek. The service he gave me was exceptional nothing was a problem. I have not experience this sort of friendly customer service for a long time. The two girls working that late afternoon were also excellent. Thank you girls for finding the gold padlock of my handbag. Amazing customer service.
R.No l only looked in the door there was a green pair of men's pants hogging the scene ..l could of but l didn't.....
I.I don't often feel the need to write reviews for stores but today I had some amazing customer service from two lovely women who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend anyone go to macpac for their camping supplies, they go above and beyond. Thanks again for the great service team - Isaac
L.Staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly, and go above and beyond to help out with a purchase, product support (such as a pack repair of an old faithful) and my adventures!
I absolutely recommend them and the products they sell, many of which I have been using for decades as a (now former) Outdoor Education teacher.
S.Sexist pricing?? Mens boxers are 25% more than womans.
B.Really helpful and friendly staff. We asked a good load of incessant and potentially hard-to-really-answer-with-a-degree-of-truth-and-surety questions but we were always given as much time and help as possible. Great products too. Don’t forget that amongst the customer service hype!
