Macpac is overall a great company and this particular store has very friendly staff and well laid out racks and displays which makes it so much easier to find the kinds of things your looking for. I love their clothes, especially the ones that help the world in one way or another. Whether that's the donations they make or the way that some of the fabrics are intentionally organic. I would be happy if all my clothes were from Macpac.

Unbelievable ! Such things do not happen every day. We bought an amazing and wonderful nautilus tent in Oakland, and it damaged after using it for three weeks. The company replaced it with a new one and saved us the rest of our trip. Many thanks to the company branch and the amazing people who work there. Well done

I enjoyed my time at the store, well laid out, friendly helpful staff, nicely priced goods for what seems like good quality gear. Just a pity as a company that was founded in Christchurch they don't manufacture here anymore and went offshore.
