One of the best Macpac stores I have been to. Staff are very knowledgeable and experienced, making skilled recommendations on gear. Prices are more reasonable as an outlet store. Great photography on the walls that really inspire you to go out and actually use the gear for what it's designed for.

I went here to looking for a hiking pack and the staff there were really helpful. They were able to answer any questions I had and seemed enthusiastic about helping me find the best pack. They have a range of packs that has lots of choice but not so much as to be confusing and disorientating.

Been here twice recently. Both visits I was greeted by friendly staff, asked if they could help. Product prices and on the expensive side, better off to wait for a sale. Plenty of car parks just outside the building and opening hour are good.
