S.Friendly , helpful staff. Great range at affordable prices. Not the best gear for extreme use but good quality for family excursions and general use.
T.Great and friendly staff, such a great experience I had, the girl that helped me today was so kind! She did struggle at some times with her English, but compensate it big time with her attitude and knowledge. Definitely coming back!

Worth a look to keep warm this winter
A.Bought two pairs of shoes here on sale.
Unfortunately the cheaper pair had a bit of a manufacturing issue so I returned them. I spent probably all of 2 minutes at the counter returning them, and the worker there was very friendly and helpful. Very painless and easy. The other pair is holding up very well and they are very comfortable.
T.Great clothing. Sizing is English so may need to go up a size. Good customer service.
H.Very over full and the layout is hard to navigate. I did however make an online purchase and the quality was great. Wouldn't shop instore again.
A.I bought a pair of sleeping bags on special but one of them started to undo the seams after a couple of times using it. I took back to store and they offered me a new one or a discount to keep it and fix it myself. I got the discount and end up getting a bargain. I liked them.
H.I would've given 5 stars as the selection and prices were amazing. But the staff member saw me trying on items in the store, and I was not approached. Then when I wanted to enquire about other colours available, I had to go searching for a staff member to help.
R.This is a good store for jackets and other winterwear. They have got deals going on a lot of the time. Staff were helpful answering our queries. There are a couple of changing rooms in the store.
