S.Took my daughter into Smith's Sports Shoes day, 20th April 2021, for the right shoes to be fitted to her feet as she has flat feet problem and need more support and better quality Shoe's for her to walk properly and to play sport in. The service was fantastic, friendly and great communication too. I'd differently recommend Smith's Sports Shoes in Morehouse Ave Christchurch.

I don't usually make posts but these people were just next level knowledgeable and honestly had my interests at heart. Would go back next time I need shoes.
K.I went in today to quickly look at shoes (hoping get a bargain). I was greeted by a gentleman who was serving another customer. He was quick at getting me in the queue to get me the fit and selection that would be the best for me.
He checked my walking and standing posture, then measured my feet and quickly recommended three pairs of shoes that would give me the best fit and support for my flat feet.
There was no pressure from the salesman and while I didn't by the pair of shoes, he gave me a note with the size and model that was my preferred of the three pairs of shoes.
I'll definitely be back due to the excellent service I received.

B.Went in during a sale to replace my own and my wife’s running shoes that are wearing out. My wife wanted to switch brands and had lots of questions. I was sticking with the same shoe (newer version), but I had a lot of questions about the next version (different material). In all cases, he was very knowledgeable; assuming other staff is the same, you could come in knowing nothing about the sports shoes you want and they should be able to help you sort it out. We’ll surely be back in the future when our shoes wear out.

J.I popped in today hoping to find some trail shoes to replace my used pair. I was welcomed by two gentlemen and matched up to a pair which had the correct support required for my foot-type.

C.I was worried about my sons Athletics Day Zones competition as he doesn't have proper track shoes. He has been racing for the past three years now bare footed or in his normal heavy shoes. I went to a few shoe shops with no luck, until I found this one. Incredibly helpful people there, who helped me find the right shoes. Even my son who hates shoe shopping had a smile on his face when we left the shop. It was such a relief. Thank you!
