Excellent service, they went out of their way to get boots for a 2 year old to rent. Very reasonable pricing.

The power straps on my son's ski boots broke and the shop I bought from couldn't repair. Rang Snowride who asked me to bring in and they would see what could be done but they were confident could sort something out using parts from under-warranty returned boots. Boots were fixed by that afternoon. Got bindings moved on skis to fit boots, again quick turnaround as not too busy midway though season, unlike at beginning of season when they were inundated with customers. Awesome service, couldn't fault it.

Got a pair of ski boots from here. I have tricky feet to fit, but Tom was patient and really helpful trying to find what would work best for me. Was a great experience so thanks guys 😊

Lovely service, ended up getting the type of skateboard I didn't think I'd like but they assistant was super nice and made me feel really comfortable trying different boards. Very happy with my purchase!

Ordered edgie wedgie and launchpad harness online to be delivered to Wellington. Their site mentioned that deliveries will be dispatched midweek (48 hours). Gave them a ring to confirm and was told they could send it that day if I complete the order before noon. I received confirmation mail that a separate mail will arrive once package is dispatched. None arrived, not to the staffs fault as the package was really sent that day, some weird system congestion perhaps. Happy with the service, just give them a ring for any concerns. Product packaging is good.

Had my skis tuned by Snow Ride. Awesome job especially after being told by McEwings that the skis bases were buggered and not worth fixing. Needed a couple of patches. Snow Ride fixed them with P Tex and after 3 days at Treble Cone the bases still look like new. Best workshop in town, Thanks guys much appreciated.

Damaged my board real bad and they got it back to almost better than new. I rode the board the next day and there was a huge difference hopefully won't need to go for a repair again but if I do this will definitely be the place.

First time back skiing after ages. Helped me into some new skis and boots. Got it all sorted with minimum fuss.

Great range of gear and cheap for a full quality ski 🎿 package. Latest computerised tuning equipment. Well worth a visit.
