W. L.We have always wanted to purchase a Springfree Trampoline. The reviews and safety ratings have been truly validated, now that I have purchased one. The website buying experience is easy and enjoyable. Installation will require two strong people, especially for the rods. Waych out for the special offers, as it differs from time to time
F. M.Very fast and proactive about replacing a damaged part of our frame, which was discovered on opening box. Disappointing quality control holdup for a Christmas present, but at least they're dealing with it and two day courier booked on the day I lodged the issue.
In terms of putting the trampoline up, it would be impossible without your own spanner, the plastic socket handle tool provided was a useless piece of trash so be sure to get a spanner before getting kids expectations up!
T. H.I phoned to order a new trampoline net. Both of the sales assistants I spoke to provided excellent customer service. The were very helpful in helping me determine which net I needed to order. The net arrived in time for Christmas, even though the sales assistant advised he couldn't promise it would be before Christmas. Very happy with the purchase and the trampoline looks brand new again with a new net.

Assembly was straightforward using the BILT app but you definitely need two strong people to put the mat on. It has been a great investment so far and we know the kids will get enjoyment from it for years to come.

A. W.They online system kept failing at the point where you enter your location for installation. I found out after speaking to Springfree by phone that this was because they had shut down that option for a period of time. The webpage wouldn't allow me to bypass this. I would give their website only 3 stars. It wasn't straightforward getting through to them initially by phone either because the staff were all on a training exercise however once I finally spoke to someone, they were lovely and provided very good service. I have yet to receive the trampoline so can't tell you about the delivery process.

I bought my first springfree trampoline from them back in 2011 and we lived it.
About 6 years later I noticed some corrosion on the frame and they immediately offered to replace it. This was amazing because I thought it works be well it of warranty and was just phoning for suggestions on repairing it.
I asked if I could upgrade to a bigger tramp and pay the difference and although it wasn't quite that simple they were amazing and accommodating and sorted me with the upgrade. And at a better price than imagined as they had a demo used one they could use.
4 years later it's 2021 and my 17 yr old son and I were being stupid and play fighting in the tramp and out combined 165kg came down REALLY hard on the side wall and I heard the 2 piece net pole give out a big 'crack'.
A quick call to order the pole... half expecting it to be over priced and to be price gouged (like many other companies do with parts), and they were super friendly & helpful. At a very reasonable $28 for the pole (which is made up of 2 fibreglass poles, a metal joining sleeve, plastic knob on the end etc) and it was immediately couriered.
Brilliant after sales service and amazing company to deal with.
Highly recommend.
Oh.... And these are without doubt the best trampolines and safest trampolines money can buy. Love them!

The only time we had to replace parts, was when the wind picked it up and hurled it into a fence.
We ordered the replacement parts, installed them, anchored her down properly (like we should have in the first place) and ever since then, she's been perfect.

If I could split the review it'd be a 5 star for the product, and unfortunately a 2-3 star for the customer service.
The phone reps were really pleasant and polite, and the springfree installer was fantastic, however there were multiple mistakes made with the order.
Delivery was delayed because springfree forgot to pass on my contact number to the delivery driver, I only found out when I called Mainfreight to enquire about the delivery (they said they emailed Springfree and didn't get a response)
The installation was left off of my order even though I asked for it. I only learned this when I called Springfree to aske when to expect the installer to arrive. They had to book a new one which took another week.
I ordered a set of ground anchors for the tramp and they didn't arrive with the order, I had to call and enquire about it and they said they were out of stock and there would be a week's delay to get them shipped up (which is 100% fine, but I would have liked to have known when I ordered). The anchors then didn't arrive a week later so I had to contact them again to be informed that there is another weeks delay (again, not a big deal but why am I doing the chasing?)
I'd like to confirm that I am over the moon stoked with the trampoline, and have no problem recommending the product to other people - easily the best tramp I've ever seen.
The people I dealt with were all very polite and professional, but it seems there's some sort of failure in their systems where messages and requests get lost, and customers waiting for information aren't informed.
So if you want an amazing trampoline, buy Springfree - just keep their phone number handy

G.Great service. I called in the morning regarding a 14 year old trampoline I was getting second hand. They were able to identify the model from the photos and the limited information I had and could immediately supply me with a new safety net, 4 new net poles and new sheaths for all the poles. Now this old trampoline is like new.
M. M.These guys are fantastic. We had a new 92 model oval tramp for our kids which was perfect and so much fun for all of us when they were 1 or 2 years old. Now 7 years on it rusted badly on the main frame and the matt started falling apart which may be that we were close to the coast and/or under shade.

J. T.My son loves his new springfree tramp not that other tramps are not good enough he’ll jump on anything but me personally it’s been a really good trampoline.
Brought the sunshade which was probably one of the best buys in summer as it was hot but my son was jumping in shade which was so good.
There was a storm that blew the sunshade off and ended up finding the shade in the neighbour’s property but lost all the clips.
Springfree have happily given me 10 clips for free just had to pay shipping which I thought was really nice of them to do so. Couldn’t argue at this point in time. Would definitely recommend this tramp to others and their service as the contact from emailing them was fast and everything got sorted very quickly and efficiently.
