A.Today we went in to the papanui store to discuss a fault in my daughters shoes. The staff member lauren was really helpful, it was not a common fault that any of them had seen before but once they established it was a definite fault and not wear and tear , they helped select another pair to replace them. There was an extra cost as new shoe was more expensive . But great service thanks team
