This business offers incredible customer service. Let me explain... I ordered Garmin Fenix 7X Solar watch yesterday, and I expressed how much I needed it in Nelson by today for my husbands birthday. I ordered it at the very end of working day (no kidding it was exactly 5.22pm), so it seemed next to impossible to get it here in time. Well by 9am it was at our door, right in time for the start of his day and his 40th birthday!!! He absolutely loves the watch and can't stop obsessing with it. Needless to say I'm deeply grateful going this bending over backwards for a customer, a complete stranger! I honestly don't know how I could thank them enough. Next time I want to buy something I'll make sure to turn to your site instead of looking elsewhere, just to try to send support their way! Wish more businesses operated this way. On the way to the store we realised we weren't going to make it before closing time so phoned through and they were happy to wait the 5 minutes or so it took for us to get there. I got in touch with these guys because I came across their website and found that they did Garmin repairs. I had a few dead pixels on the screen of my 6X Pro, but I was absolutely happy to pay to have it repaired. Steve absolutely went above and beyond anything I could have possibly expected and got me a replacement unit for my broken watch. Just bought the GoalZero Venture 30 power bank due to my Garmin Fenix 5s not wanting to charge with my Smaak power bank. I am about to go on a 4 day hike and needed to ensure that all my gear is charged including my watch. I was really impressed with the fact that even while charging the power bank, you can charge other devices at the same time due to the pass-through power function, so no more waiting for the power bank to be charged before charging other devices. Love the fact that it has a built in Micro USB Cable / Charging Cable so you have to take less cables to be able to charge your gear. It charges your gear really fast. It also has a smart charge sequence so you can set different charging profiles for each port. It has a rugged design so you can take it everywhere you go - the beach / hiking and even leave it in the rain. But don't submerge it. It has a built in flashlight so one less thing to carry. I was extremely impressed with Steve's service as I contacted him stating my problem and with in a few hours he responded back. He had tested the Venture 30 and also answered all my questions and shortly after the Venture 30 was posted and arrived early the next day. So amazing service and products from Fitness New Zealand - can't recommend them enough!!

I was looking for a Garmin Venu, after looking at heaps of reviews I felt certain in my choice, I looked around the net for places to buy and would have made a bad mistake by purchasing from a grey market, I had by chance emailed Fitness NZ and within 20mins Steve responded and I bombarded him with lots of questions about the Garmin and picked his brain, up until that point I didn't know what a grey market was, Steve was amazing and patiently answered all my questions and I decided to go ahead with the purchase and boy am I glad I did, had the watch in my hot hands within 24 hours (even during lockdown stage 4!!!!😀). I highly recommend Fitness NZ, Steve you provide top notch service, knowledge, PATIENCE, friendliness, an easy to follow website and shopping experience along with AMAZING delivery time. bought my garmin fenix 6 watch from this shop whilst traveling New Zealand, the last day before heading back to Australia the watch had a fault and the guy who owned the shop helped me out no questions asked. Great service, I ordered a Garmin belt clip. The next morning I saw they sell the Garmin Backpack Tether which would be better for me. I called first thing to change the order.
