A.wonderful store. bought myself a bike helmet, staff is friendly.
I.Fantastic store very good spot lots of parking, friendly staff, good selection of products, we have now brought 3 paddle boards and one double kayak all inflatable, have had no issues
We are still looking at getting two more paddle boards yet and torpedo 7 ones will be our first option.
d.James (American accent) in the bike department is amazing. We purchased a boys mountain bike a few weeks ago and had to hide it for Christmas. After the bike nearly being discovered I had to relocate the bike and discovered it's front brake was misaligned and preventing the wheel from turning.
I called head (a good tip) to inform them of the fault. Chris (Manager) answered the phone and gave James (bike guy) a heads up. On arrival James identified the error and apologised for the fault as the bike was assembled at the other store in town.
James showed me a couple of handy tips on how to care for the brakes and tyres.
A+ effort. Thanks James!!!
B.Great instore service. However, moving mx Helmets online only is annoying nice to able to make sure it fits correctly. The "in store" definition is also misleading. Buy something from a store so it can quickly be picked up for it to be shipped from Hamilton and take ages.
S.Very hopeful friendly staff. Much better than trying to buy online. Used the online chat but couldn't get any satisfactory answers so when I called into the store, I was pleasantly surprised
Z.Love the customer service as they were very helpful. They have good technical people who can entertained your weight lifting questions which we had. So eventually we end up buying the stuff relative to our current requirements. We felt good for the advices and we believed were finally made an informed decision based on the needs rather than wants. Good job you guys. Well done.

D.Just wanted to mention Ben who had really great customer service from when I walked in the door and had very knowledgeable recommendations when I came in a few weeks ago for some ski goggles and jacket. Really made my visit efficient and left a happy customer.

W.Nice big store. Good range right across sports, cycling, camping, snow, water. Helpful staff - helped finding a right size. Has a reasonable kids selection of outdoor clothing and gear. Great parking.
Y.Shop set up was great but seemed short on staff but the guy that served me was very friendly and polite.

Worth noting that I'd checked the stock levels on the website and only the North Island stores were showing stock, but on speaking directly to the store it turned out there was other stock available and I ended up with what I wanted on the same day, so worth speaking to the store team before making a decision.

J.Grant, spacious new Papanui shop. Fitness staff initially not available. A little disconcerting having an "out of order" sign on a treadmill, otherwise very helpful, knowledgeable.
