A few mts ago went here for walking pole. It was faulty to use so I took it back. The lady on the counter was ever friendly and exchanged no problem. This week went back bought an purchased an exercycle. Once again friendly knowledgeable gentleman who told me all the info I needed. Took it out and put in my vehicle. Exceptional service. Staff here are friendly and so helpful. Yesterday went back for summer slides...Ex service again. We have retired to Gisborne and when we find a business giving such knowledgeable welcoming friendly service we keep going back. Great Team work to all.

No staff help had to go looking. Did not inforce customers to wear their face masks properly. Virus spreads through the nose as well.

The staff will leave you be until you approach them with a question (which I personally like), the store is pretty cluttered and a little unorganized but the stock known and trusted brands. Pretty solid selection for shoes though sizes seem to start at 7 for women, though a 7 feels more like 6!

If and when you go there you can find some very good sales there but you have to be quick and best to shop alone especially if you want a bargain cause going in with your family you're limited for time and sometimes money because the budget you set for them doesn't suit the budget you set for yourself. I'm so happy for online trading cause that saves time a helps keep the family within the set budget. Thanks Rebel Sport.😃😉

Just scored me some cross training Nikes from rebel sport cost me $134 on special from $179. A $45 discount.... thought that was a good deal like the shoes nice and light service was helpful when I enquired about best shoes for my feet....at counter they were fast and efficient smiled and have a good day....
