K.A great outdoors store. Patient and helpful while I tried on 4 different pairs of hiking boots and retried 2 until i got the best fit and price for my trip. Good knowledge of the different boots.

The store is wonderfully presented. Easy to navigate around and find the section you want to go too.
The bargain bin is a must visit before getting to the counter.
Staff are well presented and polite. They occasionally get very busy and you might not get personal service in a busy time. In quite times you always get acknowledged and they're there if you need them.
You should never walk past the clearance items racks too. Its worth the look!

T.Bivouac have a great range. If you buy on special/season sales you can get some very good deals. This is my favourite sports/camping shop.
The staff are very helpful and give genuine, honest, advice, taking the time to make sure you get the right product for your needs rather than pushing to sell you something.
All the staff I have spoken with are into hiking and camping, so they have experience using the products.
When Osprey refused to honour their lifetime guarantee tBivouac replaced item at their cost which they did not have to do.

A.I bought a pair of water resistant hiking shoes that go wet inside after the second time I used them. The staff at Bivouac help me to get the shoes tested and replaced in short period of time. During the whole process the communication was easy and friendly (Thanks Josh). No issues, no problems. I highly recommend to buy from Bivouac.
