We bought a Flex120 for the two kids six months ago, and we cannot fault it. It is a great size for me and two boys to all jump around together. It is well made and feels really solid to jump on. It is really safe for the kids, the side nets stand up to everything the kids throw at them (themselves and each other..)The shade sail does a great job. Assembly time was about 2h single handed. The kids and I really love this trampoline, highly recommended for anyone!

Always excellent customer service from Jumpflex however the amount of parts ive ordered in the past month from them they must think im crazy 🤪 but a very satisfying project for xmas has now been achieved 😎 hope to repeat this project next year on a slightly bigger scale.

Love our Jumpflex tramp, surprisingly it blends into the lawn quite well given the size! We ordered a larger size than we intended to to allow for growing kids and glad we did as it’s great for adults to be on there too. Feels strong and stable which was very important to us! We also ordered the basketball hoop and slide as accessories which we have found great quality and they get used which is always a plus. Highlight is the amazing customer service, nothing is a problem for this company and we are really happy with the purchase.

We brought the jumpflex trampoline for my boys who are 2 and 4 for Christmas. Best present we have ever got them they spend hours on it and absolutely love the slide accessory. The trampoline is well made and my husband thought it was easy to put together (even in the rain on Christmas eve😂). Could not be happier with our purchase it will last for many years to come and still looks brand new.

We love our Trampoline! It’s big enough and strong enough for our little family to all be jumping at the same time. The surrounding net keeps the children safe. Very happy with the quality of materials used and the friendly staff who helped along the way with our purchase.

Love this trampoline. Brought this as a Christmas present for my kids (1 and 3 yr olds) and they are on it almost everyday (sorry neighbours). I also picked up the slide so they can get off easily. And have the anchor kit which is hidden nicely and not so bulky. Everything was quite easy to assemble. The only part I needed help with was pulling the top netting on to the poles which I had my husband do for me. Thanks Jumpflex!

We love our new trampoline. It makes me feel good knowing they’re safe and they’re happy as it’s huge and really bouncy. The slide is great too as it allows the littlies to dismount safely, although our 2 year old easily uses the ladder too as it’s sturdy and the steps are plenty wide enough.

Awesome trampoline! Super easy to set up and great quality. Our kids (and mum and dad) are loving it. We got the 10ft which fits perfectly where we wanted it to go and a great size for the kids.

Bought a 14" trampoline from them about five years ago. Can't really beat a trampoline for fun for the kids (and grown ups), and had five years great use out of it. Just recently, the kids were jumping on it, and one of the frame pieces that had corroded through at one of the welds gave out. Bent frame, useless trampoline. Long since lost the receipt, but emailed them just on the off chance. They found our original order, and said of course they'd replace it, a new frame piece on it's way. Can't fault that for customer care. And for an item that lives outside all the time, and that spends the whole time with children jumping up and down on it, the ten year warranty is gold. When this one finally goes, we will definitely be buying from them again.

Brought a tramp for our 4 year old daughters Christmas/Birthday!! Couldn’t think of a better present for her as she plays on it nearly every day since we have had it! We ordered it before Xmas and even though it was such a busy time we received the trampoline within 2 days from ordering - super impressed with JumpFlex’s customer service A+

Great product - brought for the kids before Christmas - shipping was quick! Set up was easy and it’s so good to have a tramp with decent spring again. Components seem sturdy and the net has handled the kids very well so far. Very happy with quality and price an feast setup!!!

We've had the biggest Flex trampoline for nearly 5 years and have found it awesome, especially all the extras (we have the sprinkler system and the basketball attachment) - the kids just love it. Recently I noticed some of the D rings and springs were starting to rust so I contacted Jumpflex to find out about buying replacements. They checked and told us our trampoline was still under warranty, so sent out replacements at no cost - I didn't expect that - fabulous customer service!! Looking forward to many more years of happy jumping

Our 14ft tramp was purchased as a Christmas present for our kids. The sales assistant advised me of the tramps they had in stock so we purchased this one as it was in stock and would arrive in time for christmas. The kids love it and spend most days on it. The sunshade was the best addition for summer.

What an awesome tramp!!! I have twins who are almost 2 and they can entertain themselves which is great for mum 😁. Thank goodness for the safety nets these days. The service I received when needing a replacement part was efficient and communication was great.

Absolutely awesome! great service/communication, product quality is excellent. Relatively easy to set up and it is fantastic having so many accessories to choose from that go with the tramp. It has provided endless hours of fun in our household.

Bought this for my toddler. He loves it. Plenty of room to practice his tricks and wonderful at burning out his energy. We purchased the sun shade and slide as well which was a perfect move, for hot days and a bit of extra fun.

This was an excellent purchase. We bought the trampoline in 2016 and it has been extremely durable and still looks fairly new. Well it did until recently when it took a good tumble across our yard in the extreme winds. I was ecstatic to find I could just buy replacement parts as needed. The service was excellent, very responsive and I had the spare parts in a matter of days. Absolutely brilliant company and I highly recommend them and their products.

I purchased the 14ft Jumpflex tramp and slide for my daughters (19mths and 4yrs) for xmas. Instructions were very clear and simple to follow :). Hardest part was sliding the sleeves onto the safety poles, but I got there eventually. Such a good quality tramp, very happy mum and kids :) :). The slide was also a great extra as my toddler climbs up the ladder and doen the slode to get off :)

The best company I have ever purchased from. I brought a trampoline in 2015 and it was delivered on time and assembled easily- even for a non-handy guy like me. This year, 2018, THEY contacted me to see if I was still happy with my purchase. THEY provided, free of charge, replacement PVC covers for the netting support rods and velcro ties. Ive purchased a replacement net as well @$48 - great value. Their staff are very pleasant and helpful - they make me feel proud of NZ business...I just wish there were more like them.

Customer service is amazing. They actually stand by their warranty and the warranty is amazing at 10 years. They sort out issues with a photo emailed. If there is something that is slightly out of warranty they heavily discount it to make it affordable. I love jumpflex I have referred them to other who are also super happy. Definitely get your tramps from here it is definitely worth it.

We found Jumpflex a mixed bag: Upside: >Fast delivery >Decent boxing >Reasonable product Downside: >Out of date instruction manual that does not accurately reflect the product. This was no small issue as it made assembling this trampoline much harder and more frustrating than it needed to be as its not a complex product. >Manual provided only as a *.PDF or video. No hard copy!!!!! All in all not a bad choice but we feel personally that Jumpflex need to provide an updated manual that people can hold in their hands given this is a outdoor product.

Fantastic safe tramps and amazing customer support! We have had our JumpFlex for over five years and one arm broke at the bottom. They replaced it for free and had the new arm out to me within the week. Very impressed!

Awesome Tramp! I checked out tramps online and the jumpflex looked like the best safety and value for money tramp on the market, so my daughter and I went to their wharehouse to check it out in person. The customer service was fantastic and we easily put it in the back of the van. It's easy to put together and is really good for young and old to bounce on. The sun shade works a treat too, you can bounce all day with out getting sun burnt. Thanks Jumpflex
