L.Outstanding..much more 'fashionable' pieces which mean you don't have to be look frumpy to be warm. Good that the other major retailers of this type of gear have some competition. Prices are outstanding and great see service by the manager. My first ever puffer/down jacket after living here for well over a decade and absolutely love it!

B.Fantastic customer service. I came in the other day to purchase wet weather gear for work and the staff were incredibly helpful in helping me decide what would be fit for purpose. These are genuinely helpful people selling great gear.
J.The two negative reviews here look like they were written by the same person. Not too sure what led up to that encounter but I can say that I have had very good experiences with this store. In fact I'm still wearing clothing of theirs, that was recommended over the years, that have stood up to long outdoor trips.
Kat or Mac not your thing? Then this place will get you sorted.
Legitimate complaints should go to management, not the keyboard.
