B.Awesome outdoor shop, variety of outdoor living products, bikes, scooters, gears, camping products and accessories, winter recreation, sunglasses etc. went there to buy my 7 yr old girl a scooter. friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a challenge frontage is a bit congested with many shops beside and adjacent, there some parking spaces at the back of the shop but still it’s very limited.

M.The front wheel on the T7 mtb we bought a few weeks ago was out of alignment. We popped in on the chance to see if it could be looked at. The Bike technician (Callum?) had a look straight away and got us back on the road in 10-15 mins.
As ever...Super-Impressed with the T7 Service. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Greeted warmly on the way in, and farewelled on the way out!

D.I've been to this shop numerous times. It has a good range of items for hiking. What separates it from most retailers is the customer service.
It was beyond expectations on all occasions. Product knowledge was excellent. They all spoke from experience without pushing their personal view. The prices are competitive because I went to every competitor but, I went back to them for the expertise and service.
On one occasion, this is the only store that measured my foot for hiking boots.
N.The staff here were so helpful. We tried on a few things and nothing was too much hassle for them. Great customer service, great advice, and a great price for the gear we bought. Two thumbs up.
