C.All the staff I dealt with were amazingly patient and helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them to explain or demonstrate and they even let me put up the tent I was buying, in the store to check i could do it by myself. They're getting all my camping business now.

K.Was going to PB Tech next door but they didn't open till 0930 so checked out hunting and fishing. I had a few internet searches for stuff from H&F in the past but never ended up going to the H&F store. Anyway, I go in there and the customer service is so good. Got my dog a jersey and an oil skin rain coat! Bloody stoked! They also let my dog come into the store to size the items which I guess is normal but wasn't expected because I hadn't considered H&F to be a pet store alternative till yesterday. We'll be back for more stuff definitely. One point is can you add afterpay as an in store option as well please?

M.I visited your store in Te Rapa today and want to share my experience. I was served by a delightful young man who asked probing questions about the item I was about to buy - mind you a well-dressed older lady buying heavy-duty fishing line! After he learned about the purpose, he offered me other options which served my wallet and purpose much better. I want to congratulate this person (sorry didn't ask his name) on fantastic customer service. A BIG THANK YOU!!!

D.It's a dangerous place. I go there to buy some bait and leave with a new rod. Logan and the rest of the team are a wealth of knowledge in there respective fields and are very/too helpfull. They seem to know what I Need. Then they point it out to me and then Mr visa does the rest. Take your wife as credit control.
