J. C.Tiana the staff member that served me at the counter was great, super friendly. But the older staff member I had asked for help with earlier, was not so helpful, you could tell she didnt want to be there. Very happy with what I purchased though.
J. S.Good deals during boxing day for their 30% off mostly all shoes and items instore. Staff so accomodating when we approached and told them we had trouble with one of our items missing, we instantly got a replacement and we are satisfide customer. Well done!
D.Great customer service when quiet. The over done security on sports shoes is ludicrous. How can you possibly know if shoes are comfortable when you have a huge lump (security tag) digging into both your feet and have to shuffle along with feet tied together?.
Unfortunately shoplifters have ruined the whole shopping experience for normal people. Mirrors are sparse and often moved by customers, hard to see how the shoes look even when you are lucky enough to find one.

C. R.This shop frequently discounts its products, so wait for a sale, they are usually at least every 2-3 weeks and otherwise on or leading up to holidays. Staff service is based on a volume sales model so is minimalist and circles around avoiding customers rather than engaging except when you proceed to make a purchase. If you need a bathroom break while shopping don't expect any gratuities as they send you across the carpark to their sister store briscoes, which is perfect on a rainy day with little kiddies in tow.

M. U.I don't understand in this day and age how a company as big as rebel sports can charge $80.00 for a baseball hat. If that`s their price up on a hat imagine their markup on everything else. Sorry rebel，I'll order online before buying for you.
