Staff were so helpful when we visited last week. A couple of years ago when I last visited I felt like they were strongly encouraging me to buy lots of unnecessary extras but this time it was great! Staff member quickly helped me find what my daughter needed (no up-selling) and it was great to get such fast and friendly service. Many thanks!

Hey Team, I've never done this before but I felt compelled to take time out of my day to give thanks to the women that served me on 28/01/22 I did not get her name but on my docket it said JM and if I recall she told me she was the manager of your lower Hutt branch. Please pass on my thanks 😊 she made what was supsed to be a stressful event buying gear for my child into a customer service experience I've never had. From the moment she approached me her vibe was amazing right through to the end, this I was not expecting considering I walked in almost at the end of her day, her energy and manner was excellent and it's because of her that I will return and hopefully be served by her again. Well done NZ uniform your hired a goodie look after this lady she's honstly an asset to your organization. I thought good customer service was a thing of the past but she has restored my faith. store setup good and can find what you need, however staff member was quite rude and approached me like I was lost and in the wrong store.

Have been in here a few times and the service is always friendly, knowledgable and helpful. It costs no more to give good service than it does poor service and this is a team who does it well.

Staff were lovely, fashionable and whip smart! Lucy, in particular, made a wonderful impression. Satisfied all mine and my son’s shopping needs. 10/10
