One of the best ever retail.experiences!!! Congratulations to Luke who was extremely, thorough,professional, intuitive with a friendly fun approach especially when assisting me in getting new footwear for Dad who has cognitive issues!!!: a mean feat (.excuse pun!) in its self. Luke was attentive, patient clearly understood my Dad's needs and took time with him/explained what he was doing. No words can describe how great a retail experience this was. Can highly recommend Luke /store

What a great experience! Zachary was awesome, so knowledgeable and professional. My daughter has quite difficult feet to fit and he got her sorted with Cliftons which were fabulous. Very happy customer!!

Luke first suggested on an earlier visit that I needed a trainer with more support. On subsequent visits, Samantha, with Zac's support too, put her knowledge, time and energy in to getting me the best shoe I've ever worn. Super friendly, fun and dedicated to helping me get the best fit, five stars isn't enough for Samantha and the guys. Huge thanks 😊

The customer service here is nothing short of exceptional. I was fitted for my new shoes by a extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and happy staff member (i think her name was Katherine). She was so nice to talk to and helped me choose the correct shoe for my personal needs and fitment. And then i dealt with Luke (the Manager) on a separate issue and he went out of his way too. Customer service sometimes lacks in other stores, but not here. Thank you very much team! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family where they should be buying their shoes from now, because i will definitely be back for my next pair 😊😊

It was an absolute pleasure to shop there. Luke gave expert advice and he has great product knowledge. He made suggestions and gave different alternatives from which I could choose. This was the fourth member of our family that helped to get the perfect fit for a specific need. Ka pai for excellent service.
