T.Very helpful young man in store finding what we were looking for. Very polite.
J.Good stock, but pricing not clear so many different signs here there & everywhere. I chose a garment that I thought was $119 & I find on my docket it's $145. Too many racks mixes of various stock not clearly priced. I will be querying this. Thursday just before 5:30pm my purchase couldnt make the transaction because system was down. I came back Friday, to different staff, my goods were bagged & waiting behind the counter.

r.Macpac in Napier is hands down the best for customer service. I have been there several times over the last few months and have different staff help me out and they all were good people who just wanted you to get what you needed. When ever I'm in need of outdoor gear Macpac will be first on the list. Oh and the gear itself is good. I purchased a 90mm loft inflatable mattress and it's the best I've owned.

M.What excellent service and assistance we got from the team at macpac. Not only did they help with getting me the right Merino - I discovered I'd lost my sunglasses! I rang them - unfortunately they couldn't find them but they went the extra mile by hopping over the previous shop I'd been to and they asked there as well! Even thoigh they weren't found I so appreciated the kindness and service we received and would highly recommend macpac Napier to anyone! Thank you !
