A.Really happy with my gym equipment! It took quite a while but considering I ordered bulk items it wasn't a big deal.
D.Spoke with Tyler over the phone, bit of a tricky specific question about bike racks, he gave me 99 percent certainty(by opening a box) and knowing the bike in question, and if that failed offered a cheap ($60) guaranteed solution. A++
M.Three stars for the young boys on the floor and the bike mechanic, awesome service, great attitudes and really knowledgeable on the bike parts. Minus two stars for the acting manager on a hunt for shoplifters then prodding us for information and making us feel like shoplifters after spending over $200. If you go in for a browse around the store, be prepared to be approached by management and staff every five minutes and have your life story ready.
