K.Came across gearshop traveling through Nelson and it's now my favorite outdoor shop in NZ. Vast and unique selection of items and some of the friendliest customer service from all the lads I spoke with.
G.Fast delivery on my order but one of the items was not as advertised. I questioned it and they said they would look into it. I followed up and received no reply and the website has not changed to reflect it. Busy time of year but I wouldn't rave about their customer service..
E.Bought a HydraPak Seeker. It arrived within a couple of days which was awesome. The lid was oddly stiff and it leaked when I first filled it. I emailed customer service and they came back to me within a couple of days and a few days later sent a replacement plus a courier bag to send back the faulty one. The lid is much freer to turn on the new one, so I'm really glad I contacted them. Very happy with the customer service. Will buy from them again.
t.These guys ship super fast, product recieved within 48 hours of ordering online. Top notch products at some of the best prices you will find. Highly recommend

Great, personal service is important to me. So many online stores have communication barriers that prevent their customers from knowing what is going on with their orders. This is not the case with Gearshop. Thank you for your excellent communication Mike.
Then there is the quality of their goods. I conduct extensive research before purchasing anything. Gearshop has the world’s best brands and this is what brought me to their online shop in the first place. Now Gearshop is my first port of call when buying gear.
Then there is reliable delivery. Over the past few months, like many others, I have ordered a lot of goods online. I have come to appreciate the online stores who use efficient and reliable delivery services. Gearshop is in this category.
Way to go Gearshop! Keep up the great work!

Further to the review below I had a phone call from the business, explaining the delay and apologising. Happier now that I know what is happening and why. Perhaps their website should be amended to include information on Covid-19 delays, or when they confirm an order that more specific information is given on the likely delivery time for that order? Now looking forward to receiving my treadmill, hopefully in the not too distant future :)
Disappointed. Ordered and paid for a treadmill. Website promises 3-5 day delivery. Now 9 days and no update or shipping information from them despite emailing them to request an update.
M.I find gearshop fast and efficient. My parcels turn up usually within a week. Always well packed.
Their products always seem to be of high quality.
Am am so pleasedi found their website and us it constantly.

J.Website looks great but they do not put their return policies in plain sight. You really have to search for them and when you found them: they say that they do not refund money back. Even if you made an order mistake and wanting that changed on the same day. Credit store is obviously not the same as getting your money back. In my opinion they should look at their policy or make the policies very clear, when you are ordering. Because if I had known the policies beforehand, I would have thought twice before ordering. Communication with Mike was great, nice guy and I understand he has to live up with the terms and policies of the company.

Every single time I order something new from them, not only does it arrive in a timely manner, but its well packaged and with no damage to the contents. Not only that every time I buy something they give me points to go to another purchase! how am I meant to be tempted to by elsewhere?.. it doesn't help they have a great range that keeps being improved on and prices to match or better other stores. I mean really, how i Stay away when they make it so stress free and easy?
