D.For someone who has never owned roof racks before Chris did an awesome job thoroughly explaining what options best suited my car and kayak. Getting them shipped was really quick and Chris installed them and gave a really good briefing on how to use them. Would definately recommend, thanks Chris.

B.Couldn't have been more informative or helpful with parts when I was over for a visit in January to February. I couldn't pick up the deck fittings/hardware that I needed anywhere around the South Island while I was touring. The Manager took the fittings off a new kayak in store because I was running out of time to have a pleasant paddle round the Motueka - Nelson area and it would take too long to get in. My kayaks weren't bought from him, but I'll certainly be buying my upgrade from him when next we return to our Motueka Base. Superb genuine service!
A.We visited the hq kayaks when searching for a rod holder to replace the broken one of my cobra kayak. The owner didn’t have the exact same model in store (as Cobra no longer exists), but was incredibly helpful: he not only checked various holders of the yaks in the store. He even offered to try one from a kayak he currently had at home, and made phone calls for us to help us find out how we can best get a replacement rod holder as Cobra no longer exists. Although he knew we would not buy it from him as we were only travelling through Nelson. Absolutely awesome service!!!
We were also happy to get some bolts at his shop for fixing the new rod holder.

S.Top store run by a top guy, even though i didn't care about when my item would arrive, Chris kept in constant contact and kept me updated throughout the process, never had this before from any store and i've purchased items from all the globe. My only regret is that I didn't swing by the store when I was Nelson a month ago but the next time i'm in the area i'll be sure to drop on in and spend some cash!
