A.Awesome and friendly staff, found the size I wanted by looking out the back, will go back.. Also need to mention their online store and helpdesk, found me what I was after and I was able to buy online with a gift card

Ordered a product and received in a couple of days. Great timing considering the times we are in and just before xmas
S.The service was exceptional. We went in to compare backpacks and ending up buying two. The time spent to correctly size and fit with added weight really helped. We have since used the packs hiking in the Stewart Island and are heading to Abel Tasman track soon. Looking forward to many more kilometres on the trails.
