This place has a quality range, inexpensive prices and normally helpful staff. But last weekend when I went, I was shocked at how bad the customer service was! The two shop assistants were being quite rude. They made some nasty comments, they practically ignored me and the other customers, and they weren't being very helpful. They were engrossed in their little convo behind the counter, and took no interest in helping any of their customers. When I asked where I would find a specific type of riding shirt, they just pointed in a random direction! RUDE! I am a very unsatisfied customer. Maybe it was just those two ladies, but I definitely hope this isn't the new standard of service! I don't want to see my fave shop go down the drain!

Pukekohe store has Great customer service. Easy to locate products and nice and clean. A little on the small side but otherwise great.

Apart from only stocking figure hugging bling clothing it's awesome. If the don't have it they'll get it for you. Heaps of other things too like saddle fitting and cover repairs.

There is always a helpful staff member ready to help with anything you might need. The store is always well stocked, and Saddlery warehouse has some of the most competitive prices for equestrian gear in NZ.
